Hello. I'm Tim Miller. Thanks for taking a moment to explore this very special Penthouse. This is truly the most breath-taking experience I have ever had in Cancun. When I went up to take some of the pictures of Penthouse #2000 that you see here, I was blown away. I hope you enjoy!
General Description:
This is a true Penthouse. Meaning there are no other units on this level of the resort, no neighbors at all. Total privacy. You take the private elevator to the top floor, then exit and access the private elevator with a special key. You then take this elevator to the only place it goes which is to this very special space.
I have had guests email me back after staying here that have said and I quote, "when the elevator opened to reveal this place it made me feel like a movie star". The floor to ceiling glass on the main floor of the penthouse where the elevator opens goes completely around the entire condo. With the Caribbean to the East, and the very beautiful fresh water lagoon to the West, this stunning view gives new meaning to the word "panoramic". The blinds are recessed into a special place in the ceiling to allow for maximum impact of these truly amazing views. The full size kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, dining room, and master bedroom (king bed) are located on this main level where the private elevator opens. Also on this level is the private infinity pool and deck.
The Penthouse has satellite TV with over 150 channels (flat screen in master), complimentary wireless high speed inter-net and if you would like to "stock up" the kitchen when you arrive, we can arrange to have our manager in Cancun take you to the Super Walmart either upon your arrival or at your convenience. The full size fridge, the microwave and other items are tastefully hidden behind the beautiful wood and sheer fabric easy glide sliders.
You go down the stairs to the completely private 2nd bedroom with its private bath. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Please note that we have additional queen and twin beds with linens and pillows for same upon request. 4 additional beds are available maximum
You take the stairs up to enjoy my favorite part of this most special Cancun Vacation Home.
The roof top deck is suitable for a nice social gathering and it would be comfortable with 20 adults up on the deck. There are tables and chairs, a nice sitting area, a wet bar serving area, a bathroom, a large infinity jacuzzi that can sit 8 adults comfortably, and the views, well, give me a moment to think on what to say here. My brother and I first started buying ocean front condos back in 2003 in Cocoa Beach Florida. We own one unit here in Cancun, which is a 4 bedroom direct ocean penthouse in this same resort. So we have seen quite a few outstanding views in the process of shopping for condos, etc. I manage this unit for another owner in the resort. This roof top deck area excites the senses like no other place I have ever stood. I took the vast majority of the pictures of the roof top deck area. It's hard to describe what it's like when no matter which direction you look, it's just so beautiful. It's not so high that you can't appreciate the beauty as much. It's not so low that your vantage point minimizes what you can see. And to have all that just totally private; with the soft Caribbean breeze coming in is just a feeling that you can't really give justice to with mere words. I tried the best I could just now. I hope it helps you to get a feel for what this special space is really like.
Also, we keep on hand in the penthouse a large cooler on wheels which you are allowed to stock up and take down to the pool or beach with you. Just no glass please, plastic cups. Especially helpful if you don't choose the all inclusive.

- Deck/Patio: There are 2 decks. One is off the main level where the private infinity pool is located. The other deck is very large and is above the main level. This deck can hold 20 adults comfortably, has a wet bar serving area, a bathroom, and features panoramic views of the Caribbean, and from this vantage point you can see all the way down the hotel zone beach and the resorts that are on the beaches. This roof top deck area is ideal for small wedding receptions and the penthouse itself makes for a honeymoon that would be truly special with the private elevator and views that are likely unmatched anywhere in the Cancun Hotel Zone.
- Balcony: The area just described above could also be likened to a very large balcony except with exceptional views in every direction, N, S, E, or W.
- View/Location
- Beachfront: The resort itself is all inclusive which is optional for you. The resort has 3 restaurants, pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa, tennis court, massage services, private beach with drink service, swim up bar at the pool, kids play area, convenience store, a theater, snack bars, offer help with tours and more. If you don't want the all inclusive, or even if you do, we can have our manager in Cancun take you to the Super Walmart for a modest sum, and you can stock up for the week. This can be done upon arrival, shortly thereafter, or at another time while vacationing. Mike, our manager in Cancun, also offers snorkeling services out by Isla Mujeres which is nearby and it's under water beauty is incredible, rated #2 in the world. His family has a small snorkeling and or fishing business if you prefer fishing. He can take you out if you like and arrangements can be made directly with Mike upon your arrival.

Year Purchased: 1984
Hi, I’m Tim Miller.
My brother and I first purchased our condo in Cancun in 2004. (not the unit you see here) We were excited. It needed improvement and we did the best we could on a limited budget. At the time, financing wasn’t an option for existing condos, so it was a major stretch. Shortly after completing the work, Cancun suffered it’s worst hurricane ever, hurricane Wilma in 2005. Everything inside the condo was destroyed.
We stretched even further and borrowed against everything we had to put everything back together again. Hurricane insurance is so expensive that in the long run you are better off putting the money you would pay for the premium into a savings account. However, in this case it was the short run so boy did we learn. We put our “nose to the grindstone” and we ended up making what we consider outstanding improvements to the condo. Why the Owner Chose Hotetur Beach Paradise
The greatest positive that came out of this whole project was it introduced us to one of the finest person's I'm sure I will ever know. His name is Mike (Miguel). Mike helped with the construction from beginning to end. He ultimately became my manager in Cancun and will always be, as long as he desires. What a gem of a man. I get emails raving about his service and how much he meant to peoples vacation, truly, all the time.
It is so refreshing. His family has been in the fishing business for many generations. Now they take tourists fishing or snorkeling. And rest assured, when you stay with us, you get the Royal treatment plus better pricing than any tour company by far if you decide to go out with Mike on the boat for a day. His boat seats up to 14 and it's an experience I highly recommend.
In the end, after the hurricane and the massive renovation, we were able to create a truly “standout” luxurious condo for guests to enjoy. I was diligent in renting out the condo via the inter-net. That was my job as my brother is our families first doctor and he is much too busy. After a while, the condo stayed booked nearly all the time. Other owners began to approach me to rent their places in Cancun but I would usually decline. We had put so much time and effort into creating a wonderful beachfront condo. If other owners did not have or were not willing to put many of the same quality standards into their units, I didn’t want to rent them to guests.
