WELCOME
Make your Yellowstone vacation a truly authentic and comfortable experience with this 3 bedroom 2 bath log home. Originally hand built in the late 1930’s, this historical cabin has been completely restored and remodeled. The home is quiet, warm and a wonderful place to spend the evening with your family and friends.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed. It is made of solid cherry and has a matching double dresser. A sofa chair in the corner makes a nice reading area as the master bedroom has a mini-library with over fifty books about Yellowstone and its wildlife. The master bathroom has a full bath and shower. It has a nice sized vanity and a supplemental heater to warm the tile.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with ornate metal headboard, side table & lamp. The room includes an antique beechwood dresser and stores one of the extra dining room chairs. This bedroom has adjacent access to the common bathroom which has a stand up shower and pedestal sink.

LOFT BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The upstairs bedroom has two separate twin beds which can be pulled together for couples. A third twin can also be added. This room is great for kids both young and old.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The kitchen features new cabinets made of wood from the old kitchen. It has a large stainless steel refrigerator equipped with filtered ice maker, a quiet dishwasher, and a professional convection oven/microwave combination. The kitchen also features a four burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and a garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room and dining area make up almost half of the cabin. With its vaulted wood ceiling, grand fireplace, and handmade staircase, the room is both beautiful and comfortable. A 40in HD television makes the room feel even more like home. The dining table has two additional leaves and six sturdy matching chairs.

LOCATION
Located on a full lot in the town of West Yellowstone, the house is literally a few town blocks away from the west gate of Yellowstone National Park and a half a block away from access to the Gallatin National Forest. Access to the Park, grocery stores, and shops, makes the house an extremely convenient location.

  • We had 3 adults and 2 kids in this cabin, and it was great for all of us. The beds are comfortable and the porch is a wonderful place to relax and watch the thunderstorms go by in the afternoon. Justin was a great host. I'd return in a heartbeat.

  • Location, location, location and charm! Perfect place to stay in the city center of West Yellowstone with easy access into the park. Beautifully furnished and great hosts, including Marley the dog who greeted us as we pulled in! Justin has thought of everything from wireless to Scrabble.   • We stayed in the cabin for three days in mid-August & it was fantastic! For the price of a non-descript motel room, we got an adorable home with a full kitchen, satellite TV and two bathrooms! It was just the two of us, but the cabin could easily accomodate a family. The location is perfect -- just a few blocks from downtown West and the park entrance. In addition, the owner - Justin - is a gem! He has done a wonderful job renovating the cabin & can fix just about anything (including rental car boo-boos). If we ever go back to Yellowstone, I would definitely stay here again (or in the cabin next door that Justin is currently renovating).

  • We were a party of 7 and stayed at this cabin during the Memorial day weekend of 2008. This place was great, was perfect for our party. Justin, the owner of the place, was very cordial and made us feel at home during our stay there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Yellowstone National Park.

  • We spent Christmas 2007 in this newly remodeled cabin. It was originally built in the 1930's. It is absolutely perfect. A real wood-burning fireplace, beautiful refinished woodflooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, huge flat-screen plasma tv, new furnishings, rugs, etc. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a king bed, another downstairs bedroom with a gueen and twin beds upstairs in the loft. It was perfect for our family of five. There are two baths, both downstairs. Central heat that kept us cozy while outside temperatures were as low as -14F. Justin, the owner, worked with us in everyway to make our stay wonderful. He is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person you could ever meet. Justin has taken the past few years restoring this wonderful original log cabin into the perfect mountain vacation spot. His craftsmanship and pride of ownership show throughout. We were also delighted to have Justin's dog Marley greet us whenever we returned from snowmobiling. We are already making plans to return to this winter mountain cabin next season.
