Our condominium is in Playa Ocotal beach which is at the crown of the visitor’s mecca of Guanacaste. We are centrally located to several national parks, volcanoes, waterfalls, caves and stunning beaches. Nearby is the best diving in the country and, quite possibly, the best fishing as well. The conveniences of Playa del Coco and the Liberia International Airport are just minutes away.

Enjoy the tropics and peace from our comfortable and affordable new 2-bedroom condominium just blocks away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica: Playa Ocotal. We are nestled in the woods near the river. It is fully furnished and air conditioned for your comfort. Our master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the spare bedroom features a double bunk with twin on top. The dining area affords comfort for your dining as well as an eat-in kitchen with a round counter-top and bar stools. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Local tours to nearby rainforests, volcanoes, canopy excursions, jet skiing and more can easily be arranged in the nearby town of Coco. There are many restaurants and shopping venues nearby as well.

Most mornings you can sit on the balcony and watch the monkeys play in the nearby trees while drinking your coffee.

  • Hi Vince, I did have a great time staying at the place. It was beautiful and very homey. The monkeys are in the nearby trees and it is nice to sit out on the balcony with a cup of delicious coffee and watch and hear them. The interior of the condo is lovely!! Very comfy!! Two minutes from the beaches, restaurants, activities. Great location. Lots of beautiful things to see in the area. The town of Coco is only a 5 minute drive from Ocotal. I can't wait to get back to Costa Rica.

  • Hi Vince, We had a great time! We caught 2 Marlin,2 Sailfish, 1 yellow fin tuna, 1 Bonito, numerous reef fish and 4 Mahi Mahi. No this is not a fish story. I know it is pretty hard to believe. We have pictures! The condo was comfortable. Lots of hot water, wonderful view of monkeys and birds from the deck. Washer and dryer work great. Wonderful location. Friendly, helpful security. Bill was wonderful. The gentleman who met us at the office and took us to the condo was very helpful. He waited for us while we picked up a few groceries at the store. Answered lots of questions and made sure we were comfortable before he left to show my sister where her unit was.
