Home sits on almost an acre of land but is not isolated. Walk for coffee and pastries in the AM at a wonderful bakery with home baked goodies.

All wood floors, kitchen has beautiful cupola windows with gorgeous views. Plenty of private sitting areas so everyone can have their own privacy and kids can watch dvds, play games, etc. Bedrooms are all on opposite ends of each floor for privacy. 3.5 BATHS!

When sitting on the deck, you are looking at a beautiful back yard, where children can play among pine trees. Beach is just a block away.

One family has come back for three year and three Families from Summer 08 are renewing in 09!
