  The month went by way too fast but what a great location and condo. Great views and very relaxing. Anna & Dan could not be better hosts and were so easy to work with. Great Condo for families with kids or for an empty nester looking for a winter vacation. The Seagrove location is very central to anything you want to do or see.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  We enjoyed an amazing 9 nights in your beautiful condo. Everything was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. You are honestly just steps from an amazing beach and some of the gulfs most beautiful water! We were there celebrating our 30th anniversary and it was the most wonderful vacation we've ever had. So much to do in the area. I certainly hope we can return soon and maybe extend for a full 2 weeks next time. HIGHLY recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!

  We had such an amazing time while staying in your condo. It was perfect! Just steps from the white sandy beach, we were so comfortable during the three nights we were there. Thanks!

  Great condo!! Looks just like the pictures and was very comfortable...Our children loved the hall bunks and we all loved waking up to an ocean view! The kiddie pool is perfect for all ages...especially smaller children(age 4-6). If we come back to this area next year we will stay here!! We met a few families that return yearly and they all say the same thing....it's a great Family Place!

  Our stay couldn't have been better. The condo was steps from the beach, had a great view of the ocean, was larger than it looks in the pictures and was extremely clean. The location is absolutely perfect (biking distance to Seaside and only a short drive to Grayton and Rosemary beaches). It was secluded (just off of 30-A) and the beach was great. The only time we were disappointed was when we had to leave.

  Loved the condo right on the beach. The condo itself is cheery and roomy. The hall bed and trundle were perfect for our kids - great use of space. The master was very comfortable however all the a/c units for the building are right outside the window. Noisy at night and was hard to sleep but that is the only negative! Would go back again without hesitation.

  Owner response: I tend to be a light sleeper as well but because the bed is so comfy and I Am At The Beach I seem to drift right off to sleep. Hubby snores the night away!

  We've been staying here in Eastern Shores units for almost a decade but yours is our favorite unit. The colors are so cheerful & nicely updated decor. The view of course is great. Now that we have a 3-yr old the lake is like a natural "kiddie pool" in which to play safely, plus in surf as well. ...Angelina's for pasta and pizza and Seaside's Modica Market for breakfast muffins & coffee/cocoa. We love having Watercolor Publix so close so we can dine in as well....we'll be back.

  This property was described fairly well and photos were acurate. We were a little disappointed that there was no DVD player but on the upside the weather was good so it was not needed. Loved the view and the full kitchen. The cleaning team could spend a little more time and occasionally vac under the sofas and bed, we found a soda cap, popcorn kernals, magazine subscription drop card and general dust and more dust. Ending on a positive note, it was a good property and worth the value. We will return in the future because the general cleaning aspect can be corrected. The unit was bright and cheery and everything seemed to be working properly. ++side note+++ you may want to check the cable channel subscription. While channel surfing on the 100 numbers there was a cartoon channel and the next channel was a "hard" porn channel. Not good if you have children.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+.

If you contact us at any time during your stay with a cleaning issue we will send the cleaning crew over immediately (at no charge!) to make your stay more comfortable. We are very sorry for any confusion or dismay this may have caused.

  We spent a very relaxing week here in late September. The owner was very friendly and helpful when I made the reservation. They did a very good job of describing the condo and we found the photos and description to be very accurate. Everything went very smoothly. The management company sent the key and all of the information we needed promptly. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The TVs and the high-speed internet worked great. The reviews previously posted were favorable and helped us make our decision to stay there. I read them again and I would agree with them (except for someone who didn't like the bed - we found it to be very comfortable). The bathroom cabinets, countertops, and fixtures were older (probably mid-80's originals) but everything was clean and worked fine. Having the extra half-bath was very convenient. By far the nicest feature of the condo is the beautiful view of the Gulf. We never got tired of it and spent a lot of time in the comfy chairs on the deck. We wanted to stay another week!

That is why we love having guests come and see for themselves. We agree about the bathroom cabinets and fixtures. We are renovating the bathrooms this winter! UPDATE: The bathrooms were completely redone in Feb '12. They look great! All new floor tile and new shower tile with glass listello, new granite vanity tops, sinks and faucets. Come check it out!

  This condo was absolutely perfect in every way. Nestled in the quiet town of Seagrove, this condo made us feel at home and was only a 15 minute bike ride from downtown Seaside. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out, but the property's proximity to downtown Seaside gave us plenty of restaurant options when we felt like being adventurous. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I hope that one day I can return and have another wonderful vacation.
