Situated on a hillside above the famous Frangipani Hotel, it is the perfect place to relax on your veranda and watch the sail boats come and go in Admiralty Bay.

The villa is conveniently located a short walk to Port Elizabeth in one direction, giving easy access to shopping, ferry pier, and markets, as well as many restaurants. A short walk in the opposite direction brings you to the Belmont Walkway and access to the small hotels, dive shops, and restaurants that line the waterfront. Swimming and snorkeling is available a short 5-10 minute walk along this route.
