New 4 bedroom home 1.5 blocks to the beach with fenced in back yard

A new beautiful single family home that is just 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean and beach. Seascape is a tri-level home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Let's start by talking about the heart of the home - the kitchen area - which features an upscale kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and enough pots/pans, cooking utensils and dishes for a party of 20. You have everything you will need to cook up or roast that fantastic dinner for the family. Of course the house features central air and hardwood floors throughout.
When you walk in the door to the first floor level there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom features a Queen sized bed with a ceiling fan and your own Television. We chose a neutral color of brown on the walls with a matching quilt, pillow shams and curtains. I find this room very relaxing. The other room has 2 bunk beds. We just finished painting the walls and added matching Quilts, pillow shams and curtains along with another Television. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combo which features a beach theme. The utility room is equipped with a heavy duty washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also a HUGE closet area on this level in the hallway. From here you have access to the garage and a door that leads to the backyard.
Second floor is the main living area with a spectacular kitchen, living room, separate sitting area and a deck/balcony. The kitchen is to die for. As you walk down the hallway there are 2 Large Closets. At the end of the hallway there is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and Television. I call this room the sun room as we painted it a vibrant yellow with matching curtains, bedspreads and pillow shams. Right next door is the bathroom. Beautiful ceramic tiles are featured in the shower stall and there is a nice linen closet in the bathroom.
Peace and serenity are awaiting you on the top floor. You have arrived at the Master Bedroom/Suite area. There is a private bathroom with double sinks that has a Caribbean theme with blue and orange colors. A shower stall that has a high powered shower graced with ceramic tile beckons you. Relax and watch television with our over-sized chairs in the sitting area or walk outside to the Deck/balcony where you can wind down and capture the beautiful Wildwood nights and enjoy a sip of wine. There is also a large walk-in closet and a laundry closet.
The living room provides another sleeping area as there is a Queen Sized pull out sofa bed for you to use. Pillows and Quilts are also provided.
Need to check your e-mail? No problem, the house as high speed wireless internet.
Want to have a barbecue? Yes you have your own private fenced in backyard that has trees and provides shade for those hot summer days. Sit back with a lemonade, put a hot dog on the barbie and relax...
There is a shower stall for you to take that sand off before going in the house and enjoying that hot bath or shower.
Plenty of parking spaces with 1 car in the garage, 2 cars side by side and you can even park 1 car on the street in front of the house. Seascape is conveniently located as you are close to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Great location, beautiful new upscale home.

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
As a child and a teenager growing up I always stayed in Wildwood. Hand, Burk, Taylor, Roberts were the old hangouts. As I grew up I realized that I wanted a place that was more family oriented and where the neighbors were regulars and not just renters. I found a great house in a great location where everyone truly does know your name. My neighbors to the right and left are families who are there for the season. Neighbors across the street are the same. We look out for each other and we know each other. Every year in May it's great to see the same faces come down and we talk about our winters. Sometimes we still see each other in the winter. Besides the friendliness of the neighborhood, the location is fabulous... close to the beach, boardwalk but far enough away so you are not hearing all of the noise.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family House
Seascape is a great house... I really enjoy every aspect of this house. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you will need to whip up a storm of a dinner. The Master Suite has it's own deck, bathroom, closets, TV and is away from all of the noise. We chose the peaceful, relaxing colors of blue and green and just relaxing on our huge chairs watching TV is so enjoyable to me. The house is comfortable because it FEELS like a regular house and not a rental. Even the pictures on the walls which were taken by my husband make it feel more like home then just a house.

South Philadelephia born and bred it seemed everyone spent their summer vacations in Wildwood. I was no different. From the time I could remember I always wanted a place down the shore. I was lucky enough to have that opportunity a few years ago. The smell of the ocean air is always relaxing. Wildwood is a great place to unwind from a hard days work from the healthcare industry that I have been involved in for 30 years. I am very active and enjoy hiking, biking or just sitting on the balcony at Seascape and taking it all in. I am an avid sports nut with season tickets to the Eagles for 45 years (and stil waiting for a Super Bowl win) and how about those Phillies!! We look forward to having you stay with us this year and many, many more.
