Paradise awaits you at our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Harbour Cove section of the luxurious Barefoot Resort. Our master bedroom is large with a beautiful master bath including a garden tub and extra large shower. This spacious 1,550 square foot FIRST FLOOR, END UNIT is professionally decorated, featuring a completely stocked kitchen, separate laundry room, a full size dining area comfortably seating 6 people. This CORNER UNIT offers privacy and a beautifully landscaped yard space, more sunlight and easy access for unpacking. Inviting is the word to best describe the airy palm tree theme creating a relaxed atmosphere particularly after a sunny day at the beach or fun-filled activities.
UNIQUE LOCATION
You will never realize that the 100's of activities are just minutes away as you relax creek-side in the SCREENED-IN LANAI overlooking a wooded area and adjacent to the beautiful Norman golf course and Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway behind the famous Barefoot Landing. The Intracoastal Waterway provides a beautiful path to walk. We are only a one minute walk to the pool and less than two miles from the beach. Of all the golf villas and luxury resort condos in Barefoot Resort, ours is the closest in proximity to the beach. The shuttle stop is conveniently located next to us and the drive to the beach is a straight shot with only one stoplight and NONE of that crazy Myrtle Beach traffic.

Owner Description
I was in my second year of teaching in Cincinnati and Linden was in his last year of law school in Columbus. A first year teacher at school invited me to go to a law school party in Columbus. Linden and I met, love at first sight, at least for him, and after dating weekends only in alternating cities, we got engaged in less than eight weeks. That was in the 70's and how it all began.
Why the Owner Chose Harbor Cove
As a family from Ohio with four sons we loved to travel, especially to the beach along the East Coast. When our daughters-in-law and grandchildren came along we decided we would like to prepare for retirement and, as a bonus, have a place where all of them could visit and each one could find something that they love to do. It worked. They actually love to visit us in South Carolina. BEACH/POOL/GOLF/SHOP. Tons of activities for the grandchildren.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The proximity to the pool is a plus. With a one-minute walk we can easily go back and forth to the condo for snacks, drinks, pool items, and put the grand-kids down for a nap. The free shuttle is almost outside our door and we are the first of the vacation condos to be picked up and dropped off at the beach cabana which is less than two miles away. Our first floor end location provides a frisbee/football field right outside our door and unpacking is a breeze. We also love our window-lined dining and kitchen areas. Even though there are 100's of restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby, we still feel a sense of privacy on our creekside wooded lot.

We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for renting us your beautiful place away from home. We just fell in love with the living space and the outside surroundings. My 4 year old had a blast swimming that week as well as my nephew who woke up each morning and hit the pool before even having breakfast each day. The second day I was there I felt so refreshed and relaxed. I really needed that break. My hubby got along well and enjoyed the walking adventures we had at the barefoot shopping & dining area near the resort. We both love the Broadwalk and he was able to walk and sit when needed with all of the benches along the way. My sister and her family enjoyed a day at the beach. We were unable to go due to the sensitivity I have to direct sun light with my skin. I did get to enjoy one evening of swimming at the pool with my family once the sun went down. Your place was so spacious and very very clean. I have severe allergies and suffer from different things. I did not have one attack or problem. In the past I have suffered from different smells, cleaners, carpet fibers, dust, etc at hotels or even time shares we have been, but your place was just like being at my home. Thank you for the love that you have put into your place to make guest feel comfortable. I wrote in your guest book and mentioned how my sister made it to the condo before me on arrival. She called and stated that I would be soooooooooo pleased with the place because we are both very clean and picky people when it comes to our living space. Boy was she so right. I have bragged about Barefoot Landing to so many co-workers, family and friends since our trip. We will definitely keep you in mind when we have a trip planned to Myrtle Beach again. Once again we want to thank you for the wonderful place you let us share.

What a lovely and relaxing property and area! The pictures on the website got our attention, but actually being there was even better. The spacious, quiet condo was just what our family needed. We immediatley felt at home. Everything was so clean and welcoming. I have already recommened it to some friends and can't give it enough praise. The owners were ready to answer any of our questions and made sure we knew how to contact them. Our family consists of two teenagers and a 7 year old and we all enjoyed it immensely. It was truly one of the nicest vacations we've had!

We recently stayed at this condo for our family vacation in June of 2011. We were very impressed with the size of the condo and enjoyed our stay quite a bit! There was some problems with the AC unit freezing up (probably because we had record high heat the week we were there) but Karen was VERY quick to get it taken care of! The unit was very well furnished, and we had plenty of time to just sit and relax. The pools were both very well kept and the location to the Barefoot Landing area was awesome. Everything was so close but yet we were still very much able to relax and not deal with traffic or a lot of people. It was a great time and we hope to come back again someday!

Such a lovely condo -very comfortable, bright, clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen). We loved being on the ground floor, in an end unit and having the screened-in area allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee, fresh air and the birds in our pj's. :-) Close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses, a little too far from the beach though. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this condo for a vacation destination.

Our family visited in early July and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the property and surrounding areas. My husband and my brother in law are golfers, so of course they enjoyed the golf courses. We have a ten year old and a six year old and my nephew is eleven. They enjoyed the pool, the ocean, Alligator Adventure, Treasure Island Mini Golf, and of course, we all enjoyed Bafefoot Landing. Broadway at the Beach is great too! The kids all loved the Hard Rock. Lots to do and the condo is well kept, clean and located close to everything. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great vacation!

When my family and I walked into this condo, we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The pictures really cannot describe the beauty. This Villa was perfect; very spacious and extremely clean. I especially loved the decorations. I personally have some of the same decor in my own home which made our annual vacation even more memorable. I loved the Palm Tree theme, and Karen was great to work with and possess' a wonderful personality. Thanks Karen for making this annual event a great experience for myself and my family. If you like home cooking at an affotable price, I highly recommend visiting hte Spring House for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great service and relly good food.

Our first experience with vrbo and extremely pleased how smoothly everything went. The owners were a delight to communicate with and were always prompt to answer questions and were very accomodating. The unit was very comfortable, bright and spacious. We spent a few nights and really enjoyed staying in a first floor end unit, which was nice and quiet. We were also pleased with the location and how close it was to Barefoot Landing and other points of interest. Stay here...you will not be disappointed!
