What a lovely and relaxing property and area! The pictures on the website got our attention, but actually being there was even better. The spacious, quiet condo was just what our family needed. We immediatley felt at home. Everything was so clean and welcoming. I have already recommened it to some friends and can't give it enough praise. The owners were ready to answer any of our questions and made sure we knew how to contact them. Our family consists of two teenagers and a 7 year old and we all enjoyed it immensely. It was truly one of the nicest vacations we've had!

Beautiful, clean, condo. Relaxing location, yet close to all of the wonderful amenities of North Myrtle Beach. We would highly recommend staying at this condo. Owners very pleasant to work with!

We recently stayed at this condo for our family vacation in June of 2011. We were very impressed with the size of the condo and enjoyed our stay quite a bit! There was some problems with the AC unit freezing up (probably because we had record high heat the week we were there) but Karen was VERY quick to get it taken care of! The unit was very well furnished, and we had plenty of time to just sit and relax. The pools were both very well kept and the location to the Barefoot Landing area was awesome. Everything was so close but yet we were still very much able to relax and not deal with traffic or a lot of people. It was a great time and we hope to come back again someday!

Such a lovely condo -very comfortable, bright, clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen). We loved being on the ground floor, in an end unit and having the screened-in area allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee, fresh air and the birds in our pj's. :-) Close to shopping, restaurants and golf courses, a little too far from the beach though. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this condo for a vacation destination.

Our family visited in early July and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the property and surrounding areas. My husband and my brother in law are golfers, so of course they enjoyed the golf courses. We have a ten year old and a six year old and my nephew is eleven. They enjoyed the pool, the ocean, Alligator Adventure, Treasure Island Mini Golf, and of course, we all enjoyed Bafefoot Landing. Broadway at the Beach is great too! The kids all loved the Hard Rock. Lots to do and the condo is well kept, clean and located close to everything. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great vacation!

When my family and I walked into this condo, we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The pictures really cannot describe the beauty. This Villa was perfect; very spacious and extremely clean. I especially loved the decorations. I personally have some of the same decor in my own home which made our annual vacation even more memorable. I loved the Palm Tree theme, and Karen was great to work with and possess' a wonderful personality. Thanks Karen for making this annual event a great experience for myself and my family. If you like home cooking at an affotable price, I highly recommend visiting hte Spring House for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great service and relly good food.

Our first experience with vrbo and extremely pleased how smoothly everything went. The owners were a delight to communicate with and were always prompt to answer questions and were very accomodating. The unit was very comfortable, bright and spacious. We spent a few nights and really enjoyed staying in a first floor end unit, which was nice and quiet. We were also pleased with the location and how close it was to Barefoot Landing and other points of interest. Stay here...you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for renting us your beautiful place away from home. We just fell in love with the living space and the outside surroundings. My 4 year old had a blast swimming that week as well as my nephew who woke up each morning and hit the pool before even having breakfast each day. The second day I was there I felt so refreshed and relaxed. I really needed that break. My hubby got along well and enjoyed the walking adventures we had at the barefoot shopping & dining area near the resort. We both love the Broadwalk and he was able to walk and sit when needed with all of the benches along the way. My sister and her family enjoyed a day at the beach. We were unable to go due to the sensitivity I have to direct sun light with my skin. I did get to enjoy one evening of swimming at the pool with my family once the sun went down. Your place was so spacious and very very clean. I have severe allergies and suffer from different things. I did not have one attack or problem. In the past I have suffered from different smells, cleaners, carpet fibers, dust, etc at hotels or even time shares we have been, but your place was just like being at my home. Thank you for the love that you have put into your place to make guest feel comfortable. I wrote in your guest book and mentioned how my sister made it to the condo before me on arrival. She called and stated that I would be soooooooooo pleased with the place because we are both very clean and picky people when it comes to our living space. Boy was she so right. I have bragged about Barefoot Landing to so many co-workers, family and friends since our trip. We will definitely keep you in mind when we have a trip planned to Myrtle Beach again. Once again we want to thank you for the wonderful place you let us share.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room! We took advantage of the kitchen, which is well equipped for cooking, and could all sit around the table to eat. It's so close to all the excitement of the ocean and shopping and show...what more could I say? Be sure to check this one out when you go!

What a great condo in an excellent location. Great golf courses and the best running/walking beach. Nothing like east coast beaches. Can not wait to go back, next time I might even bring my wife.

What a great villa!! It was much larger than I had expected and was very nicely decorated. Make sure you check out the book that was created by the owners. There are many great restaurant ideas and tips to help with your vacation. The place was immaculate and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be back.

WOW! What a great condo! The pictures online certainly do not do it justice. It's bigger than we expected... We had a fantastic time on this vacation & the accommodations were a big factor in that. We will definitely consider a re-visit!

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely condo in North Myrtle Beach. It is a very spacious and comfortable place to stay including a laundry room and a well equipped kitchen with eating space for our entire family. We especially like its proximity to the pool and golf courses. It is in a perfect location with restaurants and shopping close by. It is also just a short distance to the beach. We highly recommend this great vacation spot!

My husband and I don't play golf but there was plenty to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the shopping and the shows and the lovely pool! The condo was spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend it.

What a great place to stay. There are so many great golf courses, places to eat & things to do. Just don't bring a golfing buddy who snores but there is a screened in porch for him.

This condo was new, clean and convenient. Easy access to the main highway, but far enough off it to have privacy and peace. We enjoyed our stay, and we intend to rent it again next time we are in town.

We were delighted with our stay at this condo...clean, quiet,spacious, lots of things to do. We are sailors and enjoyed chatting with some of the people who were sailing through on the intercoastal waterway. Compared to other vacation condos we've rented in the past, this was also very reasonbly priced.

Our Family has stayed at this rental twice now and I can't think of a negative thing to say. The condo is lovely and suited our large family well - spacious, clean and well decorated. Easy access to the beach was a plus and the pool was just a few steps away which my daughter loved. In the evenings we would head to the boardwalk (at the entrance of Barefoot) where we would dine and have fun looking at shops. There is a ton of great things to do for the kids. All around we have really enjoyed this place and would recommend it to our friends and family.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. It was easy to scoot out to the beach and restaurants, but it was also nice to have a big kitchen with a large table so our family could eat together at home on some nights. Most days we spent either golfing or at the beach, but most afternoons were spent relaxing in the pool. This unit had a lot more privacy than some of the others--We could sit out on the screened-in back patio and play cards or chat. I can't wait to go back!

We opened the door on Sunday & we were excited to find a BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS, villa. Not to mention all the very nice dishware and appliances. The girls liked having their own TV.

Oh, my gosh! We opened the door to this beautiful unit (which is larger than our entire house) and decorated so beautifully. We just walked from room to room not believing our luck. It has been a real home for the past week and spoiled us by offering a life style and space we would not normally have a chance to see. We love your home & thank you for making it so welcoming.
