The Lodges at Bear Hollow offer luxurious accommodations convenient to the wonderful sites and amenities of Park City. Bear Hollow's on site amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, lounge area, recreation area and fitness center.
Bear Hollow is conveniently located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park, just off Route 224, and offers easy access to all Park City area attractions and is a 35 minute drive from the SLC airport. The Condo is only four miles from the heart of Old Town, and is convenient to the world famous Park City ski areas (The Canyons is one and a half miles away, Park City is five miles and #1 rated Deer Valley is six and a half miles away). In addition, Snowbird and Alta as well as Solitude and Brighton Ski areas are an easy 45 minute drive.
Nearby amenities include grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater and outlet mall - all within one mile of Bear Hollow.
This first floor (via elevator from heated garage!) three bedroom, two bath Condo is brand new and is newly decorated and features tile flooring, granite counter tops and carpeting in all bedrooms and living room. Central heating/air conditioning and washer/dryer system are installed in the unit.
Furnishings installed are: The large master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed, night stand, walk in closet, Dresser with large mirror and a 32" flat screen TV/DVD. The master bath features granite counters with two sinks, full bath and separate tile lined shower.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, night stand, dresser with large Mirror, and a large closet.
The third bedroom includes one (1) twin over full bunk bed and one (1) twin over twin bunk bed, drawers under full bed, with a large closet. A high speed Internet connection is located in this room with a LinkSys wireless B-G router, which can be accessed anywhere in the condominium for work or surfing the net.
The family area includes a pull out sofa, 32" flat screen TV/DVD connected to 200 channel Dish Network, and a gas fireplace. The main deck, located off of the family area, looks east out on the valley and the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains beyond.
The fully stocked kitchen features gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with door ice/water dispenser, service for eight+ and all cooking utensils.
The secure, heated garage with assigned parking also has a locked storage closet for skis and outdoor gear. An elevator and stairwell lead to the garage.

Monthly rates available, please inquire. Minimum Stay: three nights non-holiday; seven night Premium Times, seven nights Sundance. Both a $500 refundable security deposit and a 50% of rental balance due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $120 Cleaning Fee.
