This perfect location has it all! Just a quick drive to historic Main Street, this private and comfortable 1500+ square foot condominium is a corner unit on the top floor with an upstairs loft. Short walking distance to great shopping at over 60 popular stores (Tanger Outlets, Redstone Village), restaurants (Loco Lizard, Reef's Kitchen, Red Rock Brewery and more), convenient to the grocery store (Smith's, Albertson’s & a Wild Oats!) and the new movie theaters. This is a perfect retreat after a day of snow sports, mountain biking, golf, fishing or other mountain activities. Only 30 minutes drive from Salt Lake City airport. Only a five minute drive to The Canyons Resort, 7 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and 10 minutes to Deer Valley...all three are serviced by a free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the building. Make a quick, easy and beautiful drive to the other side of the mountain to ski Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. A beautiful open kitchen with granite counters, modern appliances and a gas range for the chef. The large loft has sleeping for 3, a private full bath and walk-in closet. There are also two bedrooms with full baths downstairs. Pack light...there is a washer and dryer so you can bring your carry-on. Another great feature is heated underground parking with elevator, which makes it handicap accessible, as well as convenient to get back and forth in any weather without a coat. This well appointed home is equipped with air conditioning, for the summer months (many places in Park City don't), as well as heat and a gas fireplace. In view from the balcony is the pool and Clubhouse. If you like to work out, there is a gym with machines in the Clubhouse, in addition to a heated pool and hot tub. For those times you don't wish to cook, there are too many fine and casual dining options to list-many of which are within three minutes drive. If night life is your passion, then you'll find plenty of action down on Main Street, just 10 minutes away (and on the free shuttle bus route!) And if you want to take in a movie, the new multiplex theater is also only three minutes away.
