We had a wonderful vacation at this Eastham spot. It's conveniently located nearby the bay, town pond and ocean. And we hit all three spots. The bay beach and town pond are great for small children too. The bike trail is just a few steps away and each day I took a morning run down the trail, which was well traveled by others. The house itself was very clean and had a nice open layout on the first floor. We had a small issue with one of the air conditioning units and the owner was very accommodating and remedied the situation the next morning. We plan on going back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week with three generations under one roof. Plenty of community space yet each family had large and comfortable bedrooms to retreat to. Perfect location, especially for young kids. Quiet street right near bike path, and minutes to lake and bay beach. The owner was very helpful to us, much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Hello Katherine, Thank you for the kind words. I want to make each of my guests feel that they had a great experience and that they would return in the future. This was a very hot Summer and the ACs were really needed. Thanks again, George Letendre
