Complimenting the desert atmosphere with high ceilings, this Condo has three large bedrooms with their own private bathrooms for complete privacy. Lovely enclosed courtyard with separate Casita (bedroom with private bath). Master bedroom has king-size bed, second bedroom has two twins, Casita has one queen bed and one twin bed.
Vacation Rental Amenities: Gated community, scenic greenbelt and tennis court off patio, very peaceful and relaxing environment. Cable, wireless internet, large flat screen HDTV in living room, plus TV's in bedrooms, DVD, VCR, CD, wetbar, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and two car garage with opener. Separate kitchen breakfast nook as well as formal dining room. Access to 13 pool/jacuzzi and tennis areas in Santa Rosa Cove, as well as access to many pools and tennis courts at the La Quinta Resort. Outdoor music entertainment at the La Quinta Resort plaza several nights a week during the season (weekends during the summer months).
Activities and Attractions: Golf, Tennis, Equestrian, Spas, Casinos, Hiking, Theaters, Museums, Biking, Fine Dining, and Fabulous El Paseo Outdoor Shopping as well as Palm Desert Indoor Mall. We love our condo, owned by two families that have been using it for over 26 years. It is right next to the La Quinta Resort and Spa, love to go shopping, dining and walking at the resort.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Very peaceful, scenic Santa Rosa Mountain view from our patio and all around the property. Lots of pools, tennis and golf. Very relaxing and so much to do if you want to explore the area.
