Just a quick drive to historic Main Street, this private and comfortable 1800+ square foot condominium is on the top floor with a large upstairs loft. Short walking distance to great shopping at over 60 popular stores (Tanger Outlets, Redstone Village), restaurants (Loco Lizard, Reef's Kitchen, Red Rock Brewery and more), convenient to the grocery store (Smith's, Albertson’s & a Wild Oats!) and the new movie theaters.
This is a perfect retreat after a day of snow sports, mountain biking, golf, fishing or other mountain activities. Only 30 minutes drive from Salt Lake City airport. Only a five minute drive to The Canyons Resort, 7 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and 10 minutes to Deer Valley...all three are serviced by a free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the building. Make a quick, easy and beautiful drive to the other side of the mountain to ski Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton.

This well appointed home is equipped with air conditioning, for the summer months (many places in Park City don't), as well as heat and a gas fireplace.
In view from the balcony is the pool and Clubhouse. If you like to work out, there is a gym with machines in the Clubhouse, in addition to a heated pool and hot tub.
For those times you don't wish to cook, there are too many fine and casual dining options to list...many of which are within three minutes drive. If night-life is your passion, then you'll find plenty of action down on Main Street, just 10 minutes away (and on the free shuttle bus route!) And if you want to take in a movie, the new multiplex theater is also only three minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Crestview
When I bought, I was living in NYC and needed to get away from the city to refresh. This place has wonderful views and lots of sun! I had the winter and summer clothes (unlike pretty much only summer clothes from when I grew up in So Cal), and this was a place that I could see myself living long term. Great things to do year round, close to the airport. I had stayed in a Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey, CA the previous winter and when I saw the models of this complex, I thought it looked just as beautiful, but in a mountain location. When the builder closed out, I bought the model furniture and decorated my places with that decor, so I got some beautiful furniture and help from the interior decorator who worked for the builder.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I like the NYC quality restaurants in town and the fact that I can go home and have a very good night's sleep!
