We previously owned two condos in Orange Beach, but after renting at the Beach Club, we sold both condos and bought this one - because this complex has so much more to offer than any other complex in the area.
Previous renters comment that they can't stay anywhere else, after staying at The Beach Club. They also comment that our condo is so comfortable, because it is NOT your typical cheap, beachy interior.
The Condo is on the 10th Floor and is Gulf Front. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf from the Master Bedroom and Living Room with Patio Doors that open onto to a Large Tiled Beach Front Balcony. Tiled living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, all bedrooms and all baths.

PLUS! You will have full access to the outside owner's closet which has anything previous guests have left behind. This could include: boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys, etc. You may also use the closet to store and lock up any of your beach and fishing items.
The condo is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. This is a UNIQUE coastal beach area, away from the busy tourist area, but only 20 minutes to Gulf Shores when you want the action! Here you can enjoy the beach, the way it was meant to be! When you look down the beach, you DO NOT see condo complex, after condo complex. Yet,there are 2 golf courses, restaurants, marina, gift shop,and convenience/liquor store shopping within 5-8 miles of the complex. Kiva Dunes golf course is right next door!

We treat our condo rental as if we were staying there ourselves. What would we expect if we were renting and what would we expect the condo we are staying at to provide? We personally make sure the unit is deep cleaned often and that proper repairs and upgrades are made to the unit. Tile has been installed thruout the unit so that the unit can be kept clean for your stay.
