Welcome to another one of Silver Beach Tower's private Gold Club vacation homes. W1802 is a gorgeous upgraded West Tower condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The unit is decorated in soft colors and has travertine tile floors throughout the unit except for the bedrooms. We prefer tile to carpet as the unit maintains a cleaner appearance and doesn’t show the wear that carpet will show in a rental unit after 6 months of use.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Both bedrooms and living area all face the Gulf. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom that includes a double lavatory with granite, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 has a King bed with a private bathroom that has a tub/shower, and single vanity.
1802 West is one of two 2 bedroom units in the complex that have a private 2nd bath in the 2nd bedroom coupled with a combo tub/shower for such bath.
Sleeper sofa. Large TVs, DVD players, VCRs in all living and bedrooms.
In season, You also will have 2 Free Beach chairs with umbrella waiting on you every day of your stay right behind your condo.
What is the S.B.III GoldClub? This is a select group of private portfolio condos owned and operated by an experienced resort professional dedicated to provide exceptional service. We are Destin natives of over 30 years who can help you build a truly memorable vacation experience by informing you of all the special things to do and see while in town that you might not already know about. He will also at the property during most of your stay or close by to help facilitate any issues that you may have with your condo. We know that that you may be worried about renting a condo privately as you might feel that you will not receive good “service.” We want to assure you that you will have our full attention while in town and that you will receive perhaps better, more personalized customer service than through another agency who has to handle hundreds of guests at a time. This dedicated employee is full time and is responsible for only 6 condos. Also, when renting one of these GoldClub condos, you will not pay all of those expensive Reservation Fees and other Resort Fees like you will with one of those large management agencies. Essentially, by simply renting through us, you will save Hundreds of dollars right off the bat. Make sure when shopping for a Silver Beach Towers through VRBO, you look for the S.B.III GoldClub. Everything about this property was wonderful, from the very large master bath to the awesome view. You can see the beach and ocean from all living areas which have huge full-length windows. It was also great to have a full bath in the second bedroom which from my understanding is a rarity with other 2BR units. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Unit was very clean and updated. Very quiet, never heard a sound from anyone around us. Very secure complex, grounds very clean and well kept. We appreciated the secure underground assigned parking and the carts they had in the elevator lobby to carry things to and from the room. LOVED the free beach service, workers were very nice. Free wi-fi worked great. Great location, close to everything - and when you come out of the complex, you have your own traffic light to turn onto Highway 98 - a BIG plus! All appliances worked properly and the washer/dryer was such a great thing to have! It was a little cool to swim in the regular pool but the other is heated and my family of 4 enjoyed swimming in it a few days. Pool area is large and has lots of lounge chairs. Management was FANTASTIC - very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. If you are looking for a luxurious, well-managed and clean unit for your vacation, I highly recommend W1802.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved every aspect of the condo. From the floor to ceiling windows to the spacious master bath. The room was very clean when we arrived. check in took about 5 min and our vacation started. We enjoyed the beach service, all in all I would give the room a 9 out of 10 you will enjoy itRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
