Watch turtles right in front of property, beach is just a few steps from your unit, sun bathing, snorkling, surfing.
We have recently replaced all mattresses and there is a new flat screen television in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with extras like a waffle iron, rice cooker and a crock pot!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to sit on both lanais and enjoy the turtles! The sunsets are incredible and you feel like you are on a boat being so close to the water.
We have recently replaced all the mattresses in the unit as well as the dishwasher. Also, we have upgraded many of the furnishings including new paint in the second bedroom as well as new window treatments in two of the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to cook gourmet dinners. There are beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach toys for your use.

We recently purchased this condo after looking for three years. It has been a lifelong dream to own a place of our own in Maui. We traveled there in August to do some redecorating and to supplement the unit with some great "extras" like beach chairs, umbrella and various kitchen items.
