Come on down to The Beach at our special vacation condominium on Okaloosa Island. Lots of room for all, perfect for one or two families. We have three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Bedroom three is great for kids and teens. It has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4)and a flat panel TV. Bedroom one has a King Sleep Number bed from Select Comfort. And a wonderful view of the Gulf. Bedroom two has a Queen for sleeping comfort.

Our balcony location provides the best of all views, a great view of the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterway and Fort Walton Beach across the way.

There is so much included with our unit, it is difficult to list everything. Covered reserved parking makes it nice when the weather is a little warm or when a summer shower catches you on the way back from shopping or a wonderful seafood experience at one of many seafood restaurants for the best of the Gulf Coast Quisine. The Crab Trap and Floyds Shrimp House are two of our favorites close by. You can go a few minutes further into Destin for many more including The Back Porch, Pompana Joe's, Landry's, Captain Daves, and on and on.

Island Princess Beach Service (one umbrella and two chairs complimentary in season) are set up for your convenience and enjoyment. Just tell the beach attendant you are in Island Princess 617.

If you like shopping, try Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

For outside activity away from the beach front, visit The Track Amusement Center for mini golf (great at night), Water Bumper Boats, go-carts & for those not faint of heart, Bungee Jumping, and of course Big Kahuna’s Water Park.

  • We stayed in the condo from July 29-Aug 2 for my brothers wedding & it was absolutely perfect. There was 6 people that stayed, but room for atleast 4 more. The condo was very clean, decorated beautifully, spacious, fully furnished with everything you could possibly need, and with a great view of the ocean. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely stay there again! John was really great to work with also.

  • We stayed at this condo the week of June 28th. It was wonderful!! The condo is beautiful and so clean. It was perfect for our two families, lots of room. Great balcony view, master bedroom, and the kids loved the double bunks. Would definitely stay here again. John was great to deal with.
