This beautiful 5 bedroom property has two master suites (Master suite 1 has a Kingsize bed, corner bath, double shower and large walk-in closet, Master Suite 2 has a Queensize bed and an ensuite which can be accessed from the hall if required), 1 double and 2 twin rooms all on the one level and is therefore suitable for every age group.
Located just off the US192 it is about 8.5 miles from Disney.
There are TVs and DVD players in all bedrooms with a 50 inch Plasma screen TV in the living room. There are two games consoles and a fully equipped games room to keep the kids occupied while you relax by the south easterly facing private screened pool or in the spa.
This property has just recently been tiled throughout and newly decorated with the addition of a games room. All amenities at the Terra Verde resort are available to guests.

Very nice property, our family enjoyed our stay at this location. Any issues or concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. The welcoming package was definitely above and beyond our expectations. We plan to use this property during our next visit to the Walt Disney area.

FANTASTIC! Lovely resort, stunning, spacious villa, very clean and comfortable, a real home from home. Great pool and games room for the kids. Very convenient for Disney and shopping of course! The Welcome pack and phone call are lovely personal touches and much appreciated. Julia and Stephen at the management company provide an excellent service too. We all had a brilliant stay and would recommend it to anyone. A huge thank you from all 9 of us!

My family had a great time in Orlando. The house was large, clean, and the grounds were beautiful - the management company was very responsive to any needs/problems. The house has everything you could need to make it a home away from home. The property is 10 to 15 minutes from Disney. Thanks!

An amazing house in a fantastic quiet area. The house is situated in a perfect spot for easy access to theme parks and local shops etc. My family stayed there for a 2 week stay and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this lovely well equipped house. I would have no worries in recommending this house to anyone wanting to enjoy Florida from a comfortable, convenient location. Thank you particularly to the owners who even arranged for a bottle of champagne and treats to be left out ready in the villa for our arrival (we were getting married during our stay in Florida!). Words can’t express. Most definitely I would recommend this place to others in the Bahamas. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another visit next year with our whole family and others, God’s willing. If we had it and along with time, we would do it all over again in a split second. All ten of us had a great time. The villa was very clean, plenty of room. Had all you need plus more. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playing pool, so a relaxing time was had by all. Will definatly be booking again for next year!

We are a family from Iceland, 4 adults and 3 children 7y and twins 5y and we just loved the house. This was not our first time in Terra Verde but the first time we rented this house. When we will come again this villa will be on the top of our list. We vere in very good contact with the owners and also the company that takes care of the house. Icelandic standars are very high and it was just more then we had hope for. Very clean, very bright, very very well equiped (linen, tv´s, playstation x 2, the game room, allt the P2 games, videos, cd´s).
