    We have stayed at several units at Villa La Estancia over the past 4 years. This unit is the nicest we have stayed in. The owners have updated the furniture and it is kept in excellent condition. The resort location is the best, close enough to town but away from the "noise". The staff is friendly and provides great service. I would highly recommend this resort and this unit

    Our family visited La Estancia the first week of June and had the most enjoyable visit. The condo was beautiful and the location and views were perfect. The owner sent us a list of restaurants and things to do in Cabo and it was really helpful. Every restaurant he recommended was excellent. We have already told friends and family about the fantastic resort and condo and will return soon!

    From start to finish, everything about this unit and the resort exceeded our expectations. The unit opens right on to the pool deck and the ocean. The staff at the resort was very accommodating and helpful. The resort itself is very close to downtown Cabo, which makes the great restaurants (both resorts and local establishments) very accessible. I would highly recommend.

    Outstanding spacious well appointed unit. Enjoyed being next to pool and ocean, both steps from the the private terrrace. Service was excellent.

    Pictures don't do it justice as you walk out your door to beautiful white sand beach and azure blue ocean to a million dollar view of the Arches accross the bay. Minutes walk away by beach to the Office Cantina and Cabo Marina where you will find a fiesta any time of day. This five star condo's helpful staff will assist you whether it's setting up deep sea fishing for Marlin, golf or having cocktails pool side. Check out Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo after having dinner at Edith's you won't be dissappointed. This is the only spot in Mexico I would ever go and Villa La Estancia is the place to stay.

    After simple transport from the cozy airport, my wife and twins entered the paradise that is Villa La Estancia. The design of the property affords fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez that the explorer himself would have marveled in. The condo does not give you the stale feeling of a resort or hotel, it feels like home. The living room is a very comfortable place to relax after a day under the perpetually cloudless sky that is Cabo. This review may sound too flowery, but that is what happens when you visit Villa La Estancia. My twin nine year olds had new friends the first day at the pool, and there were no worries about the little ones. Staff is beyond helpful and pleasant. Plenty of things to do and see. But the resortisthe best on the beach. Location is key. Fitness facilities, pool bar, dining is top notch. We will be going back!

    Let's start out by saying the photos don't do this Luxury Condo justice. The view and amenities are amazing. You couldn't ask for a better location. You can walk to town or take a taxi for a few dollars. A vehicle is really unnecessary. Almost every activity you can think of can be booked from the beach or concierge desk. The restaurants on the premises were wonderful and loved having the market right there on the property. I would recommend this condo to a family or a fun get away for a couple. We had a fabulous time!

    My girlfriends and I had a wonderful experience staying at Villa La Estancia. The villa we stayed in had a fantastic location, overlooking the pool and just steps away from the beach. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the master bathrooms have amazing jacuzzi bathtubs. The kitchen has everything you need, and the washer and dryer come in handy for people staying for more than a couple of days. The employees at Villa La Estancia are all incredibly friendly and will help with any of your needs. It's a short walk along the beach to downtown Cabo, which is filled with fun places to eat and drink. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Villa La Estancia. It is a wonderful vacation getaway, and truly, a little slice of heaven on earth.

    We had a wonderful time at Villa La Estancia during Thanksgiving week. The resort is beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. Our villa was perfect and nicely furnished! It was located on the second floor,close to the ocean. The gated entry hall led to a large private bedroom suite and bathroom to the right which offered extra privacy for light sleepers or families with small children and to the left it led into a large dining room, a stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room, powder room and two more large bedroom suites with private bathrooms. From the balcony off of the living room we had beautiful views of the ocean, mountains and the resort's pool, complete with a swim up bar and water features for the little ones. We enjoyed the beach and walking along the shoreline. Merchants on the beach were pleasant enough and left us alone if we did not express an interest in buying anything. The spa at the resort was wonderful and relaxing. Prior to arriving, our villa owner emailed us a packet of information that was very valuable and included lots of great information and suggestions from when we landed at the airport, to entertainment and dining suggestions and local shopping. We took a Mexican cooking class at Casa Colores which was very interesting and a lot of fun and enjoyed walking around town shopping for pottery. This is a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for a quiet retreat.Nightlife is right around the corner though and there are lots of good restaurants to choose from.

    Truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. This well kept resort was beautiful with good food, drinks, and easy access to the beach. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. We loved the fact that it was a smaller sized resort and close to the city of Cabo. We could walk to the Marina along beautiful Medano Beach or cab it into the city for only $7.00. Accomodations were wonderful. The condo was very spacious with oversized baths/bedrooms and beautifully furnished. The enormous patio over looking the water was spectacular. This was our first visit to Cabo... and we wouldn't think twice about coming back to Villa La Estancia and staying in the same condo!

    The resort is simply amazing. While the pictures are accurately portrayed, they just don't do it justice as the views and amenities are amazing. Guests are treated in the highest regard as the staff are one of the friendliest you'll meet yet very professional in everything they do from escorting you to your room upon arrival to the 24 hr concierge service during your stay. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to staying there again.

    We stayed for a delightful week at Villa 1203 with our family of 6 in March 2005. Prior to leaving the states, the owner supplied us with reams of info which we found very helpful. The villa was perfect, overlooked the pool and we could also see the ocean and the famous Cabo rocks. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We took a glass bottom boat tour right from the beach. The tour visited the rocks and we saw a family of seals, manta rays and thousands of fish. Our 8 year old twin grandchildren loved it. There is plenty to do in Cabo - the beach was right at our doorstep. We would recommend this to anyone. It was a truly wonderful experience.

    The most fantastic two week vacation ever! We were looking for the ideal place to bring our family, eleven of us, including a 3 month old baby. We found the place. The accomodations were more than we expected. The facilities were six star!! The staff was very professional and helpful beyond belief. Our children and grandchildren loved the pools and the close proximity to the beach and the glorious ocean. The owner provided us with lots of information which helped to make our stay that much more enjoyable. We'll be back!!

    We arrived at Villa 1203 on September 30 and stayed for 18 beautiful days. The accomodations were truly amazing and the view was spectacular. The Villa LaEstancia staff were helpful, polite and accomdating. The room and villa facilities, including the gym, encompassed luxury like we have never experienced. Cabo San Lucas has so much fun and entertainment to offer. Medano Beach was awesome, snorkeling at Chilean and Lovers Beach was amazing, baja race car driving was a once in a lifetime experience, the fishing is unsurpassed (caught a 325 pound marlin) and seeing Sammy Hagar at Cabo Wabo was an experience too!! We will be back!!

    We stayed at Villa 1203 for two weeks and absolutely loved it here. We would recommend the villa to anyone who needs somewhere to stay in Cabo. The location is perfect. The villa was excellent. The staff was phenomenal. The overall experience was worth sharing with others. You won't be disappointed. We will be back as soon as possible.

    We stayed at Villa LaEstancia #1203 over the 2004 Easter Holiday week. We had a family of 9 and it was absolutely perfect. Having the beach at our door step was a huge plus. The pool area was great, and it is a very family friendly place. The staff was exetremely professional and the entire area was beautiful. The condo is beautifully maintained and we would definately stay there again.

    We stayed at Villa 1203 in March of 2004, and found the Villa in excellent condition, and very plush, not a bit worn or dated.. La Estancia is professionally maintained, and is a top notch project. The owner provided us with tons of information about the Villa and Cabo area prior to our departure there. This info had given us the best "in sight" of the area. Everything he suggested was exactly, if not better than he described or suggested. We would stay there again in a HEART BEAT! Although, we were only 2 couples with the 3 bedrooms, I believe three couples could still enjoy enough privacy for themselves. In addition, for families with children, it would be like a home away from home.
