A walk from Coamerica Park and Ford Field - close to the Eastern Ave market - terrific view of downtown Detroit - top of the line everything - and Anne was very responsive to any request. A completely enjoyable experience.

Stayed here for a week with two colleagues on a business trip, and it was truly an incredible place! The decor is top notch, the views are amazing, the condo was spotless, and it was spacious enough for us to spread out and get work done (the wireless internet helped with that too). The neighborhood (Brush Park) is wonderful--we were right near the sports stadiums, Wayne State, a super-quick drive to both downtown and the great new shops in Cass Corridor (like Avalon Bakery and City Bird), and close to the highway (and a Starbucks). There's gated parking, a great kitchen for cooking, and Anne was super-responsive. We needed extra bedding and she sent the cleaning service over within the hour (on a Sunday!). This place is even more beautiful than the photos! If I need to travel back to Detroit, I'd happily stay here again.

I stayed at this condo the last week of July 2010, and I have to say it was the best place I've ever stayed! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at home. The views are wonderful, it's so close to many things (including freeways to get you to places outside the downtown area if you so choose), and hanging out there is great too. I had friends over for dinner one night while I was there, and the one word consensus of all of them was that the condo was "magical". I am definitely coming back next year. Thank you Anne and Steve, for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

This loft is AMAZING! Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for any length stay. Book your vacation with confidence. The owner, manager, and staff keep the loft in tip top condition, and are genuinely interested in making sure your stay is enjoyable... and it will be. I could go on and on about the shower (5 shower heads!), the comfy leather furniture, the view (oh my, the view!), or the kitchen that would make any chef drool! But I will spare you all the novel. Do not hesitate! Book today! Thank you Ted and Anne for an amazing Detroit experience!

All I can say is...the pictures are quite accurate and very nice, but still do not serve as good representations. It is much better in person! Being a Detroit native, I was a bit skeptical because I knew where the property was and what the neighborhood used to be like 10-15 years ago. I am at a loss for words of just how amazing the place is. The view from the condo is one of my favorite things. Every room was carefully and tastefully appointed. Its location is close to everything you could possibly think of to get involved in and sightsee downtown while also being near an entrance to every expressway to get you anywhere else you need to be. The price was great, the convenience was great, and my family really enjoyed our stay there. In fact, we found it hard to leave to do the things that we had already planned because it was just so comforting to be there. We even had family come visit us that currently live in the surrounding areas and they were in awe of how we found such a hidden gem. Whenever we return to Detroit, I've already told the owner that this would be the place we would like to stay. If you are skeptical, don't be. Stay here and you will be drawn to this condo and city over and over again. Truly satisfied...and anxious to return... J. and family.

The apartment was perfect! We had a wonderful time and could not have asked for a better location or better accommodations. The apartment is walking distance to the stadium, ballpark and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My CEO and myself stayed at this residence for two weeks while attending the North American International Auto Show. It was the perfect respite from long days at the convention! The space is gorgeous, the views are amazing, and the pillows on the beds are dreamy. We would certainly recommend Anne & this condo to anyone who wants to stay outside of downtown Detroit and feel completely spoiled. When traveling to Detroit again I will certainly be checking to see if this place is available! Thank you, Anne!

If you're looking for a wonderful place for that romantic & relaxing get-away, look no further. Everything about this place, surpasses the description and photos provided. From the luxurious surroundings, the amazing views of the city, to the gourmet kitchen where your imagination can run wild. Make certain that you visit Detroit's Historic Eastern Market. Most of you have probably never experienced a food shoping experience like this. It's truly an amazing place that allows you to take full advantage of the well equipped kitchen. Once you get back with food and drink, there's no reason to leave again, until you check out. If you're in the mood for a place to create memories, it's here. Will definitely plan a trip to go back.

Get off the beaten path and stay at this spectacular condo in one of Detroit's most interesting neighborhoods--Brush Park. Situated between the sports venues and the museums, it's an ideal point to see authentic Detroit. The condo is one of the best I have ever stayed in--a renovated warehouse with impeccable style and attention to detail. How this place was renovated has got to be an incredible story. The kitchen is ideal, with a great fresh market a block away. If this condo was booked, I would reschedule my trip so that I could stay here again.
