Looking for a great place at the beach. Check out our beautiful beach villa located directly across from the outdoor pool located in beautiful Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volleyball court, bocce courts, horseshoes and lots of walking space.
There is also a fitness center however, there is a charge per person per week, ($25.00).
There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres.
Our home features two bedrooms and a study/bedroom and two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the study/bedroom has a queen size sleeper sofa.
We have also added HIGH SPEED ROADRUNNER (LITE)(WIFI) internet service for your computer. There is a charge of $34.00 per month from October 1st to April 30th.
Also our beach home offers a large kitchen with all new cabinets, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, new smooth top electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dinning room table for six and lots more. Also four color T.V.'s with cable, VCR and DVD player. Also AM/FM radio with cassette and full size washer and dryer.
Our den area is very large and comfortable with large sofa/recliners on both ends and two more recliners. We have just added a BIG SCREEN T.V. to the den area. There are a total of four T.V's in the home.
We also have a nice deck on the front to watch the golf carts ride by under the giant oak trees located on the front of the property.
We ask that you provide your own paper products. We provide all the linens and towels for the home. However, if you would like to bring your own linens and towels that is your choice. We ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it since there is NO MAID SERVICE.
We have two pools, one is outdoor and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both have kiddie pools.
You are located directly across the street from the outdoor pool and approximately 2 to 3 minutes to the indoor pool. You are approximately 3 to 4 minutes to the beach by golf cart which we provide for you.
There is a barbecue Gas grill located under the carport with Beach Chairs, etc.
A Golf Cart is provided (FREE) for easy access to the indoor pool and beach with private beach parking. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart.
We ask that you smoke on the deck out front or under the carport. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME!
We rent our home to families and we rent our home from Saturday to Saturday.
The home is located at 409 Fairoaks Dr. in Oceanside Village directly across from the outdoor pool.

We just loved the place an also the location right across from the outdoor pool.
Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Village
OSV is great. We having been visiting the beach all of our lives but there is no place like OSV. It is really laid back. Since we do not allow campers it is not near as crowded as the other places along the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Walking across the road to the outdoor pool.
Watching the BIG SCREEN TV on rainy days or evenings. Sitting on the front deck watching the golf carts going by to the pools an the beach area. The two large oak trees give off a lot of shade on a hot summer day. Sitting on the front deck actually doing "Just Nothing" !!!!!!!

My mom, grandson, daughter and I stayed a week in June for the last two years. We have stayed at many summer rentals over the years and have to say this is the best home yet. It is very clean, has everything you need for a pleasant week. We feel like we are at home here. Stan is very nice and caring and always makes sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. We love bringing our pet and love the golf cart being included.

We stayed in this cottage for the month of Nov/2009, and found it to be clean and very confortable. The owner was the most pleasant I have ever encountered. A real gentleman. The use of the Golf cart, and the Internet service were a real bonus. My wife and I highly recomend this property.

We stayed here for a week in June 2009. What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Can't say enough about it. The Cohens were fabulous hosts who went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. We loved the home, very cozy with huge trees to shade the front porch. The fast golf cart provides quick access to the beach. We were so pleased that there was private golf cart parking at the beach and it was a very short walk from there to the surf. We will definitely be back!! From: The Kirkpatrick Family

Spent 10 days in this lovely home in May.Wish we could have stayed a month. Very nice home with all anyone would need. Very Clean and great owners. Enjoyed using the golf cart and plan a return trip.
