Why the Owner Chose Manzanillo
Following in my brothers footprints, we decided to plan early for our retirement with a winter home in Mexico. Manzanillo fit the bill. It's beauty, old world charm and the sincere friendliness of it's people, won us over.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Only now being touched by our Western culture Manzanillo still holds a majority of its old world charm. It is a working class city so poverty is not a factor. The people are healthy, happy and industrious. You really get a sense of a strong and proud culture. You get to see, taste and smell, Mexican culture without western influence. It is very rewarding.
We share the beach with the famous Puerto Las Hadas Hotel. Made famous in the late 70's with the filming of the movie "10" starring Bo Derek and Duddley Moore. There are cabanas and beach side bar ser

A Perfect Place in Paradise We stayed here for one week in December 2009 after a week just North in Melaque. The condo was just perfect for our needs...had everything that you could possibly ask for plus a million dollar view!! The pool area was absolutely amazing and the fact that it wasn't overrun by children was a real bonus. Just a few steps away were about five restaurants to choose from if you didn't feel like cooking or barbecuing in the condo. The weather is always predictably warm, so cooking should be left to the local restaurants anyway. After all, you're on holidays!! Walking to the shopping areas of north Manzanillo is very easy. It's about a 25 minute stroll through the Karmina Palace to a wide variety of shops for your necessities etc. Don't forget to buy a roasted chicken for dinner outside the Comercial. All in all, the value of staying at this condo was tremendous and the ease of booking the unit was as simple as could be. Cliff and Martha are the perfect hosts and their communication skills will ensure you of a trouble free vacation. This was our first experience in condo renting and what an experience it was. We were spoiled! Our condo owners had thought of everything. Our kitchen was very much set up as you would have your kitchen in your own home. Recently renovated with ample euro cupboards, apartment size full fridge and very spacious for two adults. A galley type kitchen where two could work comfortably. Our lap top sat on the island playing music stations picked up via internet while we made our dinners. We enjoyed eating at the bistro type table set up inside the condo or on our beautiful deck overlooking stunning Manzanillo bay. Our condo came with a barbeque on the deck which was a finishing touch to our already "perfect" condo. We had a very comfortable quiet running airconditioner. This condo was our home away from home, set up so that you walked in and felt at home, not having to change or do one thing different. A beautiful pool along with a restaurant there for your convience. We were not able to bring our own drinks to the pool which we found frustrating, but.............overall we highly recommend this condo to anyone who want to have a "home away from home" condo vacation!! Our First Stay in Manzanillo Cliff and Martha were great about giving us all the details we needed for our stay. Everything was very helpful from the emails to before we arrived all the way down to the detailed guest book we found at the condo.
