Bobcat 2 is a 3,500 sq ft 5 bedroom/3 bath house situated on a well-wooded 4.5 ace lot located a short walk up the hill from Bobcat 1 listed above (112422). The two properties can accommodate from 25-30 people which make them ideal for family gatherings such as reunions and weddings. Please call for details.
The kitchen is included in the great room with vaulted ceilings and dining area giving it a great open feel. It is fully stocked for 14 with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and propane stove/oven. There are a variety of electrical appliances for your convenience including a coffee grinder with fresh coffee beans, a Kitchen aid mixer and a blender.
The newly remodeled Bobcat 2 was recently painted and carpeted with high-grade hypoallergenic wool carpet to appear as if it is brand new. The 600 sq ft master bedroom upstairs is equipped with a king sized bed, sitting area, high-speed Internet connection and master bathroom that has a jetted tub and private toilet room. There is also a 400 sq ft deck to enjoy the evening sunsets. There are two freshly carpeted kids rooms upstairs: one with two twin beds and the other with a twin bed and a trundle. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and also a sliding glass door to the large deck.
There is also a master bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. There is a "second kitchen" with sink, refrigerator, microwave and High efficiency washer/dryer in the game room that includes ping pong, an entertainment center with PS2, a video library, and lots of board games. |
