Crescent Lakes is a superbly located tourist destination in the heart of Central Florida. This upscale vacation community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. We are located 10 minutes south of tourist marker 11 on Poinciana Blvd, 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Orlando international airport (MCO).
Prestigious Property:: Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of six large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, family room, and games room; that includes air hockey, a pool table, PlayStation 2 and many other games.
Our exclusive home is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable. There is a large screen television in the main living room and family room together with televisions in each bedroom. The home also comes with broadband Internet access included. The expanded outside pool area and lanai compliment our property which is the largest available in the community.
Perfect location:: The local area is more than amply served by many great golf courses to suit every level of handicap and challenge imaginable. They regularly welcome visitors and the green fees including cart are very reasonable. Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and restaurants all close by. We stayed in this house July 15th thru the July 20th, 2012! We were suppose to stay until the 21st but due to the problems and issues we had with the house we decided to leave early. We order the bar b q pit 2 to 3 months before we arrived and even with numerous phone calls and emails to the owner and management company the bar b q pit didn't arrive until the day before we left. The pool was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during our stay. Again I made numerous phone calls and emails to the owner and management company and the issue was never taken care of. We did plan on spending at least 2 days just at the pool with the kids bar b qing but due to the dirty nasty pool and the bar b q grill not being delivered that did not happen. They kept blaming the dirty pool on the rain however the pools on both sides of us were very clean and clear. The dryer does take about 2 to 3 cycles to dry one load. After speaking with the owner several times the owner still didn't get the issues resolve nor did he offer to correct or reimburse us of some of our issues. It is a nice large home with a lot of room however it did not offer us everything we excepted when going into the rental. Given a second chance I would have probably gone with a different home.Owner response: Thank you for your review. The drying machine in our laundry room has been cleared of lint and the pool filter cleaned. The pH balance was checked during your stay and found to be fine. As you know we tried to assist you many times throughout your stay and the management company visited the property almost every other day. Despite the poor weather during your week I hope that you and your family enjoyed your Florida vacation.

The location of the property and the description was accurate but the photos were outdated so they did not reflect the current appearance of the property. My family was pleased with the amount of space in the home and there was enough room for us to move around so that we were not running over each other. The kitchen was stocked with supplies so we were able to prepare meals. While the amenities were nice there were a number of issues that were not addressed during our visit: the washing machine leaked water all over the floor on every load and the dryer took several cycles to dry one load. We were not given instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi, the pool sticks were missing until the last day of our stay, one of the bathroom door knobs completely came off the hinges and there was a problem with ants in the kitchen. There was no broom, mop or vaccum cleaner so we were not able to tidy up. We were very disappointed with the responsiveness of the property management company. We made several attempts to contact the management company and even after speaking to them the issues were not addressed for the duration of our trip. We stayed at this beautiful home the first week of May and there were 3 seperate families. The scenery from the back yard and pool was gorgeous and we actually saw an alligator in the lake resting at the shore. The house has several different sitting areas which was good for the kids and adults to have some space. The Management company was wonderful and was very helpful when we had a problem with the A/C one day. We liked being in the Orlando area and the house was close to many attractions and places to go. I would definately advise to bring a GPS to get around easier unless your rental vehicle has one. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice place to go for walks. I recommend staying here and the rental price was great!! Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We have just returned from a 2 week break in Florida where we stayed at Crescent Lakes, property 5457. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very luxurious. There were 9 of us in total and not once did we feel on top of each other. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was like something out of an episode of MTV's Cribs!! We felt like superstars!! The surrounding area is peaceful and tranquil and there is a stunning view of the lake from the poolside. It took us around 40 minutes to reach parks like Universal and Seaworld with Disney being a little closer. Busch Gardens took around an hour and 15 minutes. It was perfect for us because every day we were able to choose the mayhem of the parks or the tranquility of the villa. Our group had ages ranging from 12 to 80 and it suited all of us equally well. In summary, we all agreed that we would happily stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. None of us wanted to leave and having been back for a few hours we are ready to book the next trip already!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
