Be among the first to enjoy this brand new tastefully appointed two bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury penthouse condo. The master has a king bed, the junior master a queen bed, and the living room pullout sofa a queen bed. The condo sleeps a maximum of six comfortably.

Everything is new including furniture, beds, linens, duvets, blankets, gas grill, deck furniture, kitchen appliances (gas cook center, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, mixer), chefs knives, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and fixtures throughout. The Gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, alder cabinetry, hot shot water for tea/hot chocolate, ice maker, and the most current equipment including washer/dryer, SUMMERTIME AIR CONDITIONING, and hair dryers.
The condo's amenities include a SKI LIFT (Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express)and Gondola (to Western & Avon) AT THE BACK DOOR, a ticket office inside, HEATED SWIMMING POOL, TWO HOT TUBS, FITNESS CENTER, game room, PRIVATE SKI LOCKERS with boot dryers, UNDERGROUND PARKING, and lobby service.
It's a snap to get around Beaver Creek and the Village. Park your car. Let the kids use the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle for pick-up and drop-off service throughout Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead -- all day and into the late night.
If you like exploring, two miles west is the town of Edwards which has many dining options to choose from as well as a lively nightlife. Edwards has become the new 'hip' place to hang out for locals and tourists. Check out their interesting boutiques or catch a movie. Arrowhead is a delightful low-key, get-away from Vail. However, Vail should not be missed for skiing, strolling, restaurants, crowd watching, concerts, and shopping. It's world class and has two covered parking garages for easy access.

My husband and our two teenage sons were privileged to stay in this unit at the end of January. Spacious, well-decorated, beautiful functional kitchen and the most amazing ski-in ski-out locker room ever. Even though the snow was a bit sketchy this year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were even able to entertain some good friends (family of 5) from Vail because of the layout of the condo - threw some chili in the crockpot, skied all day and enjoyed a great, relaxing dinner. we stayed in this unit last March and were thrilled with the size of the rooms and kitchen as well as the very functional heated ski lockers on the first floor minutes to the lift. What has made us excited about coming for a second year is the availablity of free transportation for the boys all of which was a godsend. Beavercreek provides rides on demand well into the evening which allowed we the parents to relax and not do alot of driving in the evening in an attempt to meet alot of different agendas. We cannot recommend this unit highly enough. Truly luxurious, truly ski in/ski out with ski rental and ski lift office in the building and lift adjacent to the building. You have ski lockers with boot dryers, free WiFi, gas grill, gas fireplace, and we stayed so warm in this single floor unit and it almost soundproof. Two hot tubs, heated pool, full gym, game tables. Convenient to all restaurants, shopping and activities, it is one of the few Beaver Creek properties that has air conditioning (we were in area last 4th of July when it was 100 degrees!). We simply had a wonderful time. We love the Ritz Carlton at Batchelor Gulch but this property is quieter and much cheaper. You will not be disappointed.
