Located on the Plaza Independencia - the most convenient location in downtown Mendoza - this luxury apartment has been completely renovated. It is very spacious with over 800 sq. feet (75 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
It is a perfect alternative to being cramped in a smaller hotel room No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. It features complimentary high speed WIFI, DirecTV satellite television and DVD player, luxury sheets and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine.
This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Argentina's wine region or pampering yourself for just a few nights. The location is ideal for exploring on foot with lots of restaurants, pubs, beautiful parks, museums, and shopping. Just a short drive away you can explorer Mendoza's famous wineries, visit the beautiful Andes mountains, or experience paragliding, white water rafting, horseback riding, and fly fishing.

PROS: -perfect location on the edge of the central plaza in Mendoza -extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils, information about Mendoza like restaurants, etc. -A/C in every room -2 separate bedrooms with double beds -great service from the management - quick check-in/out, informative, flexible, organized a taxi for us -24/7 security CONS: -seems a bit overpriced for the modernity, quality of the decor, fixtures and furnishings, etc. (our brand-new, modern and stylish apt in Palermo in Buenos Aires was half the nightly/weekly price) -small bathroom with oddly high toilet -great long balconies but poor views -front door seems a little flimsy Overall, it's a great apartment to have if you're planning to be out most days as we were (and most people are) with a short visit to Mendoza. Despite the cons, I would definitely recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our frequent vacation/business activities. Rental was easy, prices were reasonable and the apartment's owners were extraordinarily accomodating during our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, secure, and was the perfect setting for welcoming the occassional guest. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
