Palm Valley Country Club is a real jewel of a complex. It is home to a World Class Club House, the largest in the desert (100,000 sq ft) with 2 restaurants and lounge. Don't forget to take advantage of the Friday Night Pasta Night. Made to order pasta dishes, salads and more. The complex is gated with 24 hour patrolling security and is located just 2 miles from the Marriott Desert Springs Hotel and just 6 miles from 'The River' which hosts great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. You are within minutes of the famous desert's 'El Paseo Drive' noted for exquisite shopping and dining.
My end unit 1652 sq ft condo (3BR/2BA) is turn key and constantly updated for added guest comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make any meal. Guests provide their own food. For added security and ease, I have installed keyless entry locks and program in a code specific to you and delete codes from other renters. No keys!
A four waterfall lake on the 8th green of PVCC Challenger Course is your stunning view and it can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen or spacious outdoor patio which has a convection barbeque. Enjoy a cool drink on the patio while taking in the golfers teeing off in front of you.
The Master BR has a king bed, attached bath, 26' flat screen TV/DVD combo and an attached private patio with comfortable furniture and newly added umbrella. The 2nd BR has a queen, attached to a bath and 26' wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD combo. The 3rd BR has two twin beds and new 19' flat screen TV/DVD combo. A queen size aerobed is provided with all bedding for additional guests up to 8 maximum.
The living room is spacious and open to the dining room and kitchen with surrounding bar seating for easy entertainment. Over the LR fireplace is a new 40' Sony Big Screen. The fireplace was redone 10/13. Ceiling fans are throughout the home and there is a full size laundry.

The nearest pool/jacuzzi is across the street, opposite my garage. Another pool/jacuzzi is 100 yards away. Pool rafts, pool toys are in the garage for your stay's enjoyment, along with 7 bikes w/helmets and locks on site for your enjoyment. Bike two miles to the Marriott, then enjoy a boat ride (this is the Marriott with the lake which comes into the lobby) to a restaurant of your choice. I can highly recommend the lobby sushi bar for sashimi. The lobby is so comfortable with couch seating and many big screen TV's. Very relaxing and a perfect memory! Fisherman's Wharf is also in the Marriott and has great food and daily Happy Hour. This is part of the family of restaurants known as Fisherman's Market and Grill. It is one of my favorite places to eat every time I am in the desert, Fred Waring and Town Center in the Trader Joes Center.
Being a teacher of 37 years, now retired as of June 2012, I take much pride in taking care of my home and caring about my renter's needs. I fully manage my property and personally clean my home. I approach this with thinking, if I was the renter, I would expect it to be so clean, equipped, and displayed online accurately. My property does not include golf, tennis or fitness center memberships. PVCC has two private golf courses belonging to American Golf Association. Reciprocal golf priviledges are allowed depending on the level of your membership. Even though PVCC is a private golf resort, renters can golf on PVCC courses on Mondays when reserving through Standby Golf. I do not own a fitness/tennis membership as even if owned, it still requires guests to pay a fee of $18 per day to use the facilities. Gold's Gym is 2 miles away and has monthly memberships for $10. I recommend this option. However, if you purchase a spa service, fitness center and all spa facilities can be used with no charge.

About the owner: Hi, it's so nice to meet you. Thanks for reading my listing. I have owned my home in PVCC since 9/2002 and am very pleased with the complex, security and HOA. I am presently as of June 2012, a retired teacher after teaching 37 years. I live in Temecula which is 65 miles from this home in Palm Desert. I manage and take care of all the cleaning and upkeep of the home. This is important to me as I personally want to know everything is exceptional for my renters.

Palm Valley is a beautiful place. The landscaping is unbelievable, a real pleasing site and it is all year. After owning for 13 years, I continue to be amazed at the unbelievable upkeep the HOA and PVCC does to keep Palm Valley County Club at the top of the list of properties desired either as a rental or as a property to buy. I bought my home here as my retirement home for sometime in the future. I chose this location as this home has a beautiful 4 waterfall lake view and the home is large enough to accommodate family and guests. I also bought it because of its location to the pool across the street and another pool 100 yards away.
