The complex is gated with 24 hour patrolling security and is located just 2 miles from the Marriott Desert Springs Hotel and just 6 miles from "The River" which hosts great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. You are within minutes of the famous desert's "El Paseo Drive" noted for exquisite shopping.
My end unit 1652 sq ft condo is turn key and constantly updated for added guest comfort.
A two waterfall lake on the 8th green of PVCC Challenger Course is your stunning view and it can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen or spacious outdoor patio which has a new gas grill. Enjoy a cool drink on the patio while taking in the golfers teeing off in front of you.
The Master BR has a king bed and a private patio. The 2nd BR has a queen and attached to a bath. The 3rd BR has two twin beds. Also for your convenience for added guests, I have supplied two queen size aerobeds in the home with full bedding.
The living room is spacious and open to the dining room and kitchen with bar seating for easy entertainment. Ceiling fans throughout. Full size laundry.
The nearest pool/jacuzzi is across the street, opposite my garage. Another pool/jacuzzi is 100 yards away. Pool rafts, pool toys included. Also 5 bikes with helmets on site for your enjoyment. Bike two miles to the Marriott, then enjoy a boat ride (This is the Marriott with the lake which comes into the lobby) to a restaurant of your choice. A perfect memory!

- Cooking Utensils Provided: Spices also included for your convenience. However, in courtesy, it would be appreciated if you replaced anything when emptied.
- Refrigerator: Refrigerator usually has lots of condiments, salad dressings, mayonaise, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, jelly which you are free to use. The pantry is also stocked with flour, sugar, etc. Feel free to use anything in an instance of need, but please be courteous to replace the essentials. Thank you.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
Palm Valley is a beautiful place. The landscaping is unbelievable, a real pleasing site and it is all year. After owning for over 7 years, I continue to be amazed at the unbelievable upkeep the HOA does to keep Palm Valley County Club at the top of the list of properties desired either as a rental or as a property to buy. I bought my home here as my retirement home and I chose the location as my home has a beautiful lake/2 waterfall view and is large enough to accomodate family and guests. I also bought it because of its location to the pool across the street and another pool 100 yards away.

Hi, nice to meet you. Thanks for reading my listing. I have owned my home in PVCC for over 7 years and am very pleased with the complex, security and HOA. I am presently a high school English teacher and have been teaching for 35 years. I live in Temecula which is 65 miles from Palm Desert. I manage and take care of all cleaning and upkeep of this property. This is important to me as I personally want to know all is right for my renters.
