The price includes all applicable fees, utilities, towels and linens. In addition to the price there is a one time cleaning fee of $85.00 (two-bedroom) and $95.00 (three-bedroom) for stays less than 1 month. The cleaning fee for stays 1 month or longer are $175 (two-bedroom) and $185 (three-bedroom). Guest shall pay for anything over $125.00 per month for electric (for monthly or longer stays). Maid service is available at an additional fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We allow pets on a case by case basis. We have a pet deposit of $500.00 of which $250.00 is refundable assuming there are no damages to the property.
