The house was great all aound. Just a few blocks south of Main street with the deck and hot tub facing away to the mountains. Very cozy. We had 4 couples and a straggler and we fit perfectly.

The house was nice but we had to open the windows with vise grips, the turners were all broken, half of the windows didn't have screens on them so it was warm during the days without air conditioning, I'm not sure where they get the 13 to sleep unless they include the futon in the garage. Trash had not beent picked up when we got there so it was really overflowing by the time we left. The outside didn't impress us when we pulled up. The grass was uncut and very tall. When I did call on some problems they tried to resolve them: no battery in the fire alarm (did put in a battary), kitchen sink leaked water ( it was repaired), the couldn't fix the ceiling fan in one of the main bedrooms so that didn't work. wireless internet never worked the whole time we were there, game room consisted of a foose ball game in the garage ( some board games in the basement family room with the TV). The hot tub on the deck was nice, the main floor looks like it had been remodeled. Doible shower in the main bathroom and the bedrooms on the main floor were nice. The 2 rooms down the basement were small when you pulled pulled out the trundle beds ( they were hard to pull out because the fronts of them had been pulled off and there were not handles to pull them out with. The pictures were not realistic of the place. They showed the main floor and most of it looked like the pic tures but not what I had expected completely by looking at the pictures. It was clean and had plenty of towels and extra blankets for a couple of us that didn't have a bed unless we went to the garage. Used the washer and dryer but the water backed up out of the floor drain but stayed in the washroom. Not many activities and the shops closed up early at night. We went for Ice cream and they closed at 6:00 at night. We went into Brekenridge for 5:00 church and they were going strong on the street and shopes. Frisco kind of dead. We went to Peak 8 fun park and had a great day at the park one day.
Owner response:We appreciate the feedback and have fixed all of the issues mentioned here. We have never had complaints that the photos didn't represent the house and it is usually quite the opposite. However, we understand everyone's opinions and preferences vary. There are photos of almost every room in the house but we apologize if they seem misleading. Again, we appreciate the constructive feedback.

We stayed here last spring for a ski weekend. We had 4 had adults and 4 kids under age 5. The house was great! It was well kept, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, kid supplies and best of all toys!! The hot tub was super. and the owners were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this house earlier this year and absolutely loved it. You can tell that the owners clearly loved the property and wanted to take care of it. The location is a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood, located just a few blocks from downtown Frisco. The hot tub was very nice and upscale, on the front deck and close to the door (nice for cold nights, don't have to go far when you get out). I have to say that I have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this was, by far, the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. It had all the pots, pans, knives, utensils I could ever want for cooking, and all were good quality. Finally, the owners were some of the most generous and helpful people I have ever worked with. They were so nice that we wanted to leave the place in even better shape than we found it, leave behind more food and spices for the next people. I can't say enough about the place or the owners.

We stayed in this amazing house with 2 families and 4 children under 5yrs. It was fantastic, the owners were great to deal with before and during our stay. Excellent place for children, with a highchair and pack'n'play (they actually supplied an extra one for no extra charge, as were were travelling from Australia). The only downside was there was no safety gate for the stairs, and my 12month old took a tumble down 8 steps one morning! We loved Frisco and wish that we could have stayed longer!

We (9 people from three families) on Mar 7-10 for relaxation and skiing. Everthing was in order when we arrived and we were pleased with the appearance and space. We had no problem with sleeping arrangements (the photos helped us plan who would sleep where). House was great and well equipped. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Skiing was fantastic at Copper. Owner was great to work with.

Recently, we had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful home for a long weekend. There were a total of 10 adults in our group and everyone slept very comfortably. The location couldn't be better...it is so nice to drive 15 minutes after a day of skiing at Copper Mountain versus the usual 2-3 hour drive to Denver. We will definitely stay again next year.
