Condo was completely renovated and completed December 2007. New carpet and granite throughout, new paint, new 42" flat-screen TV and DVD in living room. New 32" flat-screen TV and DVD in both bedrooms.

Super luxurious gourmet kitchen with brand-new stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, new dishes, glasses, cookware, small appliances, and more. King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, and a Queens sized bed in the second bedroom. Luxurious bedding, down comforters, and TV's in both bedrooms.
