This is an end unit, second floor with management and services on site. Beautiful tropical garden and partial ocean view. Beautiful pool, spa tub, tennis court, and this unit is next to the barbecue center. This condominium has been remodeled and redecorated with new furniture... it is nicely decorated with beautiful artwork and photos in the tropical motif.
There is an ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator. Also, a full-size washer and dryer is in the unit. A wheeled ice chest, folding beach chairs, and snorkel equipment for four are included in the unit.
This is a large two bedroom that is almost 1151 in square feet. You will enjoy all the extras and the home feel to this unit with its tile flooring (and carpet in the bedrooms). The owners recently added beautiful new Tropitone patio furniture for the lanai.
Enjoy watching whales and Spinner dolphins from the lanai... whale season is from November to May so, plan your vacation... view turtles that hang out and live right off the lava flow cliffs that these condominiums are built on. Walk to Brennekes and Shipwrecks Beach... close to the Poipu Bay and Kiahuna golf courses...

My family spent a great week here, and found the condo as described or even better. The floorplan was nice, and the extra beach stuff was real handy. The location was central to everything. We snorkeled, whale watched, swam in the pool, drove around each side of the island and ate at Keoke's (our favorite restaurant on the island). Not to mention just relaxing on the lanai and watched the whales out front. I could of stayed another week. The condo was so homey and comfortable. The owners Neil and Joan were great at communicating about questions and helpful hints of what to do. Thank you for letting us stay at your home on the island. Aloha
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
