Single-family beach house with large deck with beautiful view of gulf. One hundred yards from ocean, volleyball court, hot tub on elevated deck, and large parking area. Large combined family room, and kitchen. Pet friendly, but no smoking inside.
Located in Santa Rosa Beach "Dune Allen" area, which is very close to Sandestin/Destin areas. Very quiet area with empty lots next door so there is plenty of room. Although house is not on the gulf, it is very close and the view is awesome.
Great place for two families to share or one family with friends. Beach area is not crowded.
