The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, nightstands, mirrored dresser and cable television. It also has a nook overlooking the pool and golf course. The large master bath has a glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a soaker tub, sink with custom made vanity and a separate room with toilet. There is plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet.
The Second and Third bedrooms have queen beds, nightstands and dressers. All mattresses and linens are new.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and has beautiful granite tile counter tops. Enjoy meals in the kitchen, with seating for four, or in the formal dining room, with seating for six. The built-in desk with granite top is a great place to set up your computer/laptop and surf the net.
Sit back and relax on the leather reclining couches in the living room while you watch the 42” high definition flat screen TV. The DVD player is fully wired and ready to go when you want to unwind and watch a movie.
Outside enjoy the weather from poolside or from the covered patio. The patio is fully furnished with 6 piece patio set, ceiling fan and propane BBQ.
Within minutes you can be on one of Phoenix’s hidden gems, Coyote Lakes Golf Course. Recognized by Golf Digest, this 18 hole course is a fabulous place to get a round of golf in. There are also numerous other golf courses within short driving distance.
March is baseball season and this home is centrally located between Peoria Spring Training Camp, home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres, and the Surprise Spring Training Camp, home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. There are six other spring training stadiums throughout the valley.
In just a short 15-20 minutes you can be at the new University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals football team.
There are restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and lots of shopping nearby. The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is only 30 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! It is very well equipped and the owners very helpful and easy to work with too. We stayed here for Thanksgiving week 2009 - 3 adults two kids. We were very happy with the house - very clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean - bedrooms have plenty of clean linens, towels, and are newer and very comfortable. All the furniture is new and very comfortable - great entertainment system and internet access. The pool is not heated which was a disappointment - this should be listed in the description. Over all I would recommend this house as a great place to stay.
