The front courtyard off the walkstreet is great for experiencing beach life from your own home. Kids can run straight to the beach without crossing major streets.
The central courtyard provides privacy for outdoor dining. The living room and master have 42" plasma TV's. Two other bedrooms have flat screens as well.
All this beach life, while being minutes from LAX, and 30-45 minute drives to West LA, Downtown LA, Disneyland, Long Beach, Orange County and so much more the LA area has to offer.
