Feel at home in our ultra clean, warm home all on one level. We have fully furnished it so that we are happy when there...we hope you feel the same.
Expect all the luxuries you need to live and relax in a newly--painted, decorated, furnished 2 bedroom split/2 bath home. Lots of windows (for the Catalina mountain views), light, airy design, high ceilings, sky lights, open floor plan, with a light southwest decor.
Kitchen complete with eating area and all equipment you need, including basic spices, condiments, etc. Dining room for more formal entertaining. New appliances, counter top, sink, tile floor.
Enjoy the private backyard with two outdoor patios and two table/chair sets, lounge chairs amidst the cactus and flowers, electric BBQ grill. Watch the mountains turn fabulous colors most nights and rise to see the most beautiful sunrises. Enjoy the quiet, clear star filled nights!
Master bedroom is large with king bed, lounge chair, TV, and mountain view. A large walk-in closet in the bathroom, 2 sinks, shower/tub, separate toilet room.
Second bedroom has day bed that turns into two twins or king. Queen blow up mattress will sleep two more. Computer access and desk in 2nd bedroom.
Washer/dryer in the two stall garage.
Includes on-site access within walking distance to all Sun City activities: golf, tennis, swimming, and fitness centers, book/video library (weightlifting, aerobics, whirlpool) with close to 100 clubs and groups (arts and crafts, cultural interests, dance and exercise, cards, and travel/day trip options, etc).
Available year round. One person must be 45 years or older.
Many birds and wildlife in the area. We love our second home and know that you will, too.

We rented over New Year’s 2009 for a winter get away from Wisconsin & we invited one other couple to stay w/ us. Cherokee & Dave’s two bedroom home was a perfect setting for us & the split bedroom provided for a little extra privacy. The home is well furnished, the kitchen well stocked, it was easy to prepare a meal. No need to bring all the little things like spices and what not you’ll find it in their pantry. It’s located in a nice area and they have friendly neighbors. Rose even sent us off with a few citrus fruits from her back yard. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again PS thanks for the bottle of wine… great taste
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed at Sherokee's lovely home for 2 weeks in April/09. We enjoyed the 2 patios....one in sun, one in shade, especially when the road-runner got the dove....a bit of nature!! The house was well-kept, clean, and well-stocked. Great location, lovely view, excellent neighbours! It was perfect for our needs...... my partner and I, plus elderly mother.

We really enjoyed renting Sherokee and David's home in November. A very convenient location with great views from the patio and the Sun City Vistoso facilities were great.
