Your hosts are longtime residents of the central coast who have loved every minute of the 15+ years we've been living in Avila. Hoteliers by trade, we've been in the hospitality business for 30 years. We've operated large corporate chain hotels, mid-range motor lodges, and luxury boutique inns throughout California and Oregon. Nowadays, we are quite content to share our little corner of paradise with the delightful people who are clever enough to find us. We look forward to your visit!

A wonderful escape on the beautiful central CA coast. This rental gave my husband and me (and our basset hound) just the ocean fix we were looking for. The apartment was perfect and the free breakfast at Joe Mommas was to die for! Fresh OJ, amazing coffee and wonderful home baked pastries made us feel like we were back in Paris again:). The beach is just across the road and makes for lovely sunrise and sunset walks with the dog... We cooked in, but there were several places to eat out within walking distance too. I also treated myself to a spa treatment (just downstairs as well) that was discounted for guests... all in all, a perfect retreat.

My husband and I (and our papillon) LOVED this pet friendly condo with a lovely view of Avila Beach. The free coffees, lattes and breakfast quiches at Joe Mamma's coffee shop downstair were delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were delighted to find a pet-friendly place that was so clean, bright and cheerful. Usually, we get less that the best when travelling with our pet. We'll be back and stay longer next time
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

A very good value, this condo is comfortable, nicely furnished with stone floors and granite counters in kitchen. The staff is very friendly. Having a washer/dryer is a great boon for visits to the beach, which is only 100 feet away. Having coffee and pastries included is an extra-nice feature. And they really are pet friendly!
