4/3 Gulf Front Home Has 2 Master Bedroom Suites & Lrg. Deck
Large spacious rooms and a huge deck make this Gulf Front home ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Built in 1997, the layout maximizes the excellent views of the sparkling white beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Perfect for 2 or 3 families, there are two master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms. Each of the master bedrooms faces the Gulf. The east side suite has a door to the large Gulf front deck.
The third bedroom is also furnished with a king bed.
The 4th bedroom / kids room has two bunk beds. Each has a full/double lower bed with a twin upper
All rooms have a TV and a DVD player - the kids room has 2 TVs, a DVD player and a stereo system
The large kitchen is fully equipped and there is an 11 foot breakfast bar. Great for extra seating (4 bar stools) and also for service to the dining table. The dining table seats 10 comfortably.
There is a fenced dog run with deck access and a private outdoor shower (with hot & cold water)!
The passenger elevator is a great help when moving in and out.

The Unique Benefits of this House
I enjoy not using my car. even the morning paper is a 3 minute walk. if not rented, we always stay for new years fireworks on the pier and the Mardi Gras parade. at least once every 3 years, I have to block out Blue Angle week for the family.

My husband and I were married here a few months ago. We could not have asked for more out of a wedding venue. We were married on the beach behind the house and hosted the reception for 75 people under the house. There were 11 people actually sleeping at the house and we never felt crowded or cramped! The owners are wonderful to deal with, they are very personable and helpful and provide an excellent vacation home! We would recommend this to ANYONE! My family is already looking to book a stay at this home in the fall! Thanks for a wonderful wedding!

Don't know about your family, but ours is scattered from NY to AL to AZ and Australia. That makes it difficult to agree on a sp[ecific date(s) for all. So, we took this house, 'The Phoenix" for 2 weeks and let the friends and family fit their schedule as best they could. Lots of nice sleeping space made it easy. The location is terrific, close to everything on our favorite beach, including Pensacola airport.The house was comfortable, clean, and very practical for a big group. We especially enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the beach.

If you are looking for the perfect house on the beach with an awesome view this is the house. I can not tell you how pleased we we're with everything! It was perfect size for our 3 familys. The living room was large enough for everyone to sit and the deck outside was our favorite place to be! the kids loved the kids room, beach toys and the shower downstairs was great for them to use after being on the beach. I can't think of anything this house didn't have that we needed. It was just perfect! Thanks again to Jim and Mary Ann for sharing your wonderful home. We cannot wait to come back!

Our vacation in March of 2011 was so enjoyable! The area is as beautiful as it was 20 years ago during our last visit. The house is very well equipped and slept 10 very comfortably. We could have fit 3-4 more people if we desired. Wonderful fresh seafood market within 15 minutes that allowed us to eat in several nights. The house is close enough to the action you can walk several places but far enough away to avoid too many people on the beach. We hardly ever had anyone on the beach behind the house. Miles and miles of beaches to enjoy walking. The kids enjoyed crab watching on the beach just after dark almost every night. Great for my teenager and 8 yr old on the beach. HUGE deck for my parents in their 60's to enjoy. The elevator came in so handy for my handicapped family member. Owners were very flexible and helpful on arrival details. We will absolutely be coming back...Not soon enough though! Brian

Other than your clothes, you will need nothing else! This house makes a perfect extended family vacation rental--why go to a condo when you can sleep here? The kitchen works for multiple cooks, there are enough chairs at the table for 10-12 people to eat, and lots of televisions for any late night or early morning can't miss shows! And the beach is literally out the door with plenty of chairs and beach toys for anyone of any age...but if you don't like sand between your toes, you can enjoy sitting on the porch to people/bird/blue angel watch. It is a short walk to tourist shops, a Subway, and music at the main beach, but far enough away so that it is very quiet. As this is our third year to stay at this house--it has to be a perfect fit for our family as it will be for yours!

This home is wonderful for someone in a wheelchair. There is an elevator big enough for a standard wheelchair but may not work for a power wheelchair. My husband has a power wheelchair and had to take the leg rests off and sit very straight but was able to get up the elevator. There is not a ramp that goes to the back deck but our portable ramp worked perfectly to give wheelchair access to the back deck. The counter tops are high and the 2 master bedrooms have large showers that have a small lip to get into them. We purchased a cheap lawn chair and it fit perfectly in the shower for husband to get showers. The beach access has a wheelchair ramp just one house down from this rental but the user will need a beach wheelchair to go in the soft sand. Our extended family joined us with a toddler and enjoyed all the built in baby gates. Was a relaxing time for them as well. The beds are also very comfortable. The house has wide doors and halls and just a great place to relax and rest. The location is amazing with access to all the hot spots on the beach within walking distance. Pensacola is a fun place for everyone! Bring your favorite kite and enjoy the coastal breeze!

I don’t feel there is a way to express our satisfaction with your home and response to us. With all the travel we do it is rare to have our expectations exceeded. The overall floor plan works extremely well and takes advantage of the most amazing views of Pensacola Beach. Not a single thing was left out of this house! The wide array of amenities made us feel at home. It is so well stocked with all the appliances, utensils, linens and extras that most people have (or want) in their own homes. We also appreciated the selection of games, DVDs, books and Wi-fi. Since this was a working vacation we were grateful for the fast, reliable service. Last but not least is the elevator, it makes loading and packing a breeze. We have vacationed many places and this house is by far the best place we have ever stayed in. This trip was a relaxing, memory-making time for us. All best wishes to you and your family.
