The barn is fully furnished with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture and art and has a 3,000 volume library of antiquarian books.
The barn is located on 6 acres with outstanding landscaping adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve and includes a pond. You can walk directly onto the Mohonk hiking trails. The village of New Paltz is a 5 minute drive.
