IF YOU BOOK WEEK OR MORE IN FEB,MAR,APR,ORMAY YOU ALSO GET COMPLIMENTARY SPRAY TAN TO SHOW OFF YOU'RE VACATION IN AVILA BEACH A GREAT SAFE TAN WHETHER SUN SHINES OR NOT ..JUST GREAT FUN WHEN YOU GET BACK HOME !
oUR day spa NEKKIDD is onsite for massage/facials, ideal girls weekend place. Or family reunions 4 condos in building for groups.
CHILDREN WE LOVE THEM BUT DO HAVE AGE LIMIT OF 9 yrs or older due to spa /noise .
Unit 29 is downstairs perfect for older couple or pets (small dog only 40 lbs or smaller ,sorry no water dogs labs /retrivers $50.00 pet fee per stay ),
Flat screen TV. Excellent security with front desk/concerige desk and owner onsite. Very quiet non party place.
