We own 350 acres for you and your family to roam directly around the house. This includes around the lagoon.
We also have a PRIVATE ISLAND that you are able to access for diving/snorkeling. It is only a short boat ride away and completely surrounded by spectacular reefs. **One Free round trip to our private island is included with the rental.

Other things to do include, hiking, bird watching, iguana watching, beach combing, going into town to shop, going to the cays to pick up fresh fish for dinner, go flats fishing for bone fish and tarpon or offshore fishing for blue marlin and wahoo.

- This property is located right on the beach. You can literally walk off the dock and jump into an ocean full of life. Some of the best diving in the world is 30 feet into the water. The house is surrounded by thousands of feet of beachfront that is available for your exploration. We have a CONCIERGE CARETAKER that is available ful time during your stay. If needed, certain provisions such as alcohol and food can be provided, as well as a maid/cook if requested. A 25 foot boat is available for rental and comes with a captain. If requested, diving/snorkeling equipment can be provided by the Utila Lodge. Also, a fishing guide is available.

$325/night .. $1925/week (1-10 guests); + 5% for holidays
$150 per additional guest past 10 per week
Additional Weeks: 10% off 2nd week; 20% off 3rd
Max capacity - 10 guests.
Terms: 50% of payment when booking; 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable $250 security deposit is required.
