An ideal and affordable alternative to an extended stay hotel, this two-story home has a cheery newly painted yellow kitchen and plenty of room. Downstairs there is an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, living room with wood burning fireplace, half-bath with full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs there is a queen bed in the bedroom and full bath. There is also an assigned covered parking spot for 1 car and a private green space in the back.
This unit is approx. 900 square feet in a small condo community of 15 total townhomes. Near highways but in a nice residential neighborhood, quiet and very convenient to shopping. A great location for commuting to downtown Seattle or North to Everett via car or the local park and ride station.
We require a minimum 30-day rental period. All utilities, cable TV and high speed internet included in the rental price. All linens and kitchenware provided.
There is a local caretaker to check you in provide directions and take care of any needs you may have during your stay.
