Your condo is wonderful, we very much enjoyed our stay for the month. It is so convenient to everything. The many, many times we have visited Maui, this was our first condo to be completely bug free! Loved how it is equipped with everything, very comfortable!

This condo was beautiful, it felt like home and the kitchen was even better.. From the beginning email to Terri and Kelly, the process was smooth up until our arrive home. Thank you to Terri and Kelly for keeping such a lovely condo in paradise.. We hope to enjoy it in years to come :)

We spent almost one week in this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is something special, it is tasteful decorated and at the moment we stepped in we knew, that we would feel almost like home. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities Terri and Kelly provided. The kids especially loved the beach stuff. In the kitchen we found everything we needed.

We've stayed in Kihei several times before and have never had a condo that felt so much like home. It's well stocked, beautifully decorated, clean and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the condo being set back from the street a bit made for a peaceful night's sleep. The in-room laundry was very much appreciated. Terri was prompt and helpful in all her communication with us. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

Charming and Cozy Kihei Condo

First, Kihei is our favorite town on Maui. Although there are a lot of tourist about, it still retains more of a locals vibe than the western resorts. The owners have decorated this condo to their tastes which makes it much nicer than the typically sterile decor found in your average condo in Hawaii. You will feel like you are in your own little home. As it is located on the quiet back side of the building facing open space, you will sleep like a baby in the large and comfortable king bed. The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay from beach gear to kitchen utensils. We did not have to rent or buy anything except food. My only complaint is that the pools are small but, they were never crowded. We found everything just a described and pictured in the listing. As we rented direct, we had little contact with the staff of the Maui Banyan. But, what contact we had was pleasant and efficient. The beach is just steps away and a number of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Check out Moose McGillicudy's for reasonably prices burgers on Wednesday nights.

WE LOVE THE AREA, EASY DRIVE TO ALL THE GOOD PLACES TO VISIT. WE HAVE STAYED AT 6 PLUS CONDOS AT THE BANYAN, SO FAR THIS PLACE THE BEST OVERALL IN COMPLEX FOR US. IT HAS ALL THE UPGRADES YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

It is situated across the street from the beach and the surrounding grounds are like being in a garden which is immaculately maintained. We have stayed in the Kaanapali area before but found this location closer to more of Maui's highlights. One of our biggest beefs about renting condos are the uncomfortable mattresses, pillows and lack of a well stocked kitchen. Well this condo fulfills all of this as well as providing all the beach items you will need. We would highly recommend this to any of our friends or family. Thanks for providing a great experience for our vacation!

Thank-you for sharing your lovely condo with us. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to the beach, just a short walk. It was handy to have beach chairs and items if needed. The Maui Banyan complex is very quiet and secure. The grounds are so well maintained. Thanks to Kelly and Terri who have been so nice and easy to work with, evertthing went very smoothly.

This beautiful condo is well maintained, very clean and has all the amenities of home. Owner has done a very good job to make the place very comforting and with relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on, lots of pillows and nice linens. When we visited I can say that we had the most upscale condo in the complex and everyone that we met wished they had booked to stay in the condo we were staying in. It appears to be the only one that has a Jacuzzi tub and actual real wine glasses. ? It is located very close to beaches (right across the street) and restaurants are within walking distance. The owners are wonderful to work with and provided lots of additional information along the way about things to do and places to see while in Hawaii. We are already planning our next vacation in hopes of staying again in the same condo.

We stayed 12 days at Maui Banyon and had a great time. The condo is on the first floor but there is a lanai and no entry from this area. This makes it more private and safe. The condo is just a couple minutes from the beach, resturants and other amenities. Wailea is a mile south and has good shopping, resturants and a resort. You can run or ride your bike right from the condo on side walks or bike lanes. The condo has two larger HD tvs for viewing (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and all the other gear you need for a stay. The snorkle gear is not the best but everything else was more than adequate. The condo was very quiet and we slept well on the king size bed. The bedroom has an airconditioner and a ceiling fan. There is covered parking for your vehicle and we had no problem getting a spot. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay of three weeks in February. The condo was all that we anticipated, wonderful decor,all the amenities that one could ask for, close to beach and restaurants, and clean. This was our tenth year at the Maui Banyan but the first in this condo. We love the MB and always look forward to seeing other returning guests in February. We were so pleased to relax in H105 with the king sized bed and HD TV's. We like to enjoy our morning coffee on the lanai and watch the birds and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Being in our "elder years" and having done all the "touristy" things over the 10 years, our wants were to just to lay back and enjoy the local amenities. This condo certainly provided that. Thank you to our hosts, Kelly and Teri who have been so nice to deal with. We will be back next year!

We stayed in H105 for two weeks in Jan. 2010 and we were very pleased to find that the pictures of the condo didn't do it justice! Our previous experience in booking a condo over the internet wasn't as pleasant so we were very happy to find this beautiful place to stay. We were going to re-book for 2011 but were disappointed to find out that our weeks away are already booked up. Everything was top notch, and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have all of the beach items that one will need. Nothing was lacking in this home. Terri is wonderful to deal with, very prompt at replying to emails. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Maui.

We stayed in this lovely condo the last week of October 2009. We have been to Maui an number of times but this was by far the best condo. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. This is also the first condo we've stayed in that didn't require us to fight ants in the kitchen! The Banyan complex is very quiet and secure. We won't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Terri and Kelly for sharing your home away from home with us. Fingers crossed its available for our next trip!

This condo surpassed our expectations! The most beautiful condo in the building by far! ( We had many friends staying in the building and nothing even came close to this one). Couldn't have asked for a better location. We will absolutely be back to this condo for future stays in Maui!

I had a wonderful time at this property in Kihei. I enjoyed the walks on the beach and the time of swimming and sunning at the pool. Area restaurants are within walking. Inside the condo I liked the ipod music system, large screen tv, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I would strongly encourage you to try this property the next time to go to Maui for your romantic getaway!

WOW!! I have stayed in this beautiful condo in Feb/Mar for the last three years, and it just keeps getting better each year. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told it was one of the best rooms in the building. It certainly lived up to our expectations. It was very clean, well laid out, and has been updated very nicely. There are two air-conditioners, three fans, and the main attraction - the jacuzzi tub, which was great to soak in after a long day of exploring the Maui coastlines. We loved the swimming, snorkeling, and awesome sunsets at Kamaole II Beach. We will be disappointed if we cannot stay in room H-105 once again. It had everything we needed, and was a home away from home that helped to make our Maui vacation a trip to remember.

My Maui Paradise

I'm to say the least, blessed to have had my Maui Paradise again this year. I've had the pleasure of enjoying the comforts of home - well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi tub, cozy living room with Surround Sound TV/DVD/CD player, a King Bed to die for, in a location close to shopping amenities and one of the nicest coastal beaches in Maui. Check out Topaz Jewelry in the nearby Shopping Plaza for a special treat and some of the nicest people you will meet. To be very honest, I really wanted to keep this beautiful Condo a secret, knowing that once the word is out, availability will be limited. We spent two great weeks in this condo over Xmas 2008. It is everything the pictures show and more. This condo was very clean, well stocked, welcoming and luxurious! The Banyan complex is well-kept and in a great location. We've stayed in a number of condos in Maui-- this one rates among the best.

Very nice. Clean with beautiful woodwork and thoughtfully decorated. Hot tub was great, nice grounds and location. Great bed with down pillows! in closet. A nice touch. Snorkel and lounge chairs in second bathroom closet. A very nice place for old marrieds like us or newlyweds. :)

I knew the condo was going to be special when the two ladies at the check-in counter lit up when we told them which condo it was. The first impression we had as we walked in was that it was absolutely charming. Our impression throughout our time didn't change. One of the fun discoveries was the second bathroom that is just off the entry way. We missed it coming in and discovered it shortly thereafter. The positive category below isn't strong enough. They should have a triple positive or ultra positive category.

What a beautiful serene and spectacular condo!! We had such a great time trekking all over Maui, and having this "home" to come back to each evening. Thank you for sharing it with us.
