Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation in this sunny one bedroom cottage which is perfect for a solo vacation, a couple, or a small family looking for an affordable getaway. It has a bedroom with queen size bed, living room and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and sun room with trundle bed - used as one or two twin size beds. The cottage sleeps 4 maximum.
With vaulted ceilings, skylight window and ceiling fan, the Farrell cottage is light and airy and overlooks a large front yard and private side yard with a charcoal grille, picnic table and outdoor furniture. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower attached to the back of cottage.
The cottage is located just 1/4 mile from the bike trail and a little over a mile from Eastham's Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches. Numerous Cape Cod Bay beaches and fresh water ponds are located within a five minute drive. A short walk or bike ride away is a health and fitness center with pool, tennis, and racquetball courts. Nauset Regional High School, with outdoor tennis courts, is just 2 minutes away and is the home of the Cape Cod Summer Institute.
Eastham is home to Cape Cod's National Seashore Center. A large area of Eastham is part of the Seashore with miles of beaches, walking,and bike trails.
Whatever your interest or activity, you are likely to find it in the area. If you're headed up Cape, we are a 10 minute drive from the many art galleries and shops in the bayside town of Wellfleet. Continuing north are the rolling dunes of Truro and in 25 minutes the end of the Cape and Provincetown.
