Kids are welcome! We have a Playstation II with video games for their entertainment. DVD player with a movie library is provided. Movie can be rented at the local movie rental. Enjoy the complex’s common areas, pools and Jacuzzis. There is also a wading pool for the little ones to enjoy.
Lounge in the pool area and surf the internet on your laptop, logging on to the free wi-fi signal.
During the warm afternoons, unwind in the condo with our LG A/C unit that cools throughout and window units in the bedrooms to provide additional cooling. Two television sets are available with cable to catch movies on HBO or sporting events on ESPN.

Enjoy the complete kitchen, with full stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots and utensils. We have a wine rack just in case you pick up that bottle of zinfandel.

Upstairs bedroom loft is spacious with its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Linens are provided as well as extra towels in the bedroom closet downstairs.

24 hour and 7 days a week security is there for your peace of mind.

In my opinion, our rates are the most competitive and best priced for the midrange accommodation market in Jacó that are located near the ocean. Other similar styled condo complexes are located further away, and actual beachfront condos are commanding upwards of $400 per night!
Our rates for the 2 bedroom is $75/night high season and $55/night on the low season.
3 bedroom rate is $95/night high season and $75/night low season.

  • I stayed at the Condo Jaco and I can tell you that it was fantastic!! The condo is close to the beach and right in the center of all the action. The condo is quiet, charming, and is a great place to just hang out with friend. I highly recommend Frank and the Condo Jaco!!
