GREAT value for Epic pass holders looking for a clean and economical place to stay. Nice mountain views, wood-burning fireplace, located on first floor, and just STEPS from Town of Vail free bus (3 different routes)! Cable TV/DVD player, with DVD/CD collection, acoustic guitar for adult guest use, and games. Newly furnished in 2007. Coin operated washer/dryer in building. Sleeps 4. Our vacation home is located in a small 3 story condo building (only 10 units) - please note - there is NO pool, hot tub, or dishwasher. Queen bed in bedroom, sleepsofa in living room. Rate does NOT include lodging tax (9.8%) or check-out housekeeping fee ($75 - standard cleaning). Sorry, NO PETS allowed. A refundable security deposit also required. Payment accepted through PayPal. Additional fees may apply to non-US residents. PLEASE NOTE: 3-7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED DEPENDENT UPON SEASON. REFER TO RATES BELOW FOR MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
