Nice mountain views, wood-burning fireplace, located on first floor, and just STEPS from Town of Vail free bus (3 different routes)! Newly remodeled in 2009 (new kitchen, flooring, and freshly painted). Coin operated washer/dryer in building. Sleeps 4. Located in a small 3 story condo building (only 10 units) - please note - there is NO pool or hot tub. Queen bed in bedroom, sleepsofa in living room.
Sorry, NO PETS allowed. A refundable security deposit also required. Assigned parking for one vehicle only.
