Great attention to detail throughout with crown molding and large tile flooring for those sandy feet! Very nicely furnished, including a 42 inch TV, high speed internet PLUS wireless for your own laptop! All 3 bedrooms have their own TV for your enjoyment and privacy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, beatifully decorated with sliding door to the balcony facing the ocean and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the buttom and twin on top. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and a loveseat that a small child could sleep on.
Calypso has two pools, one heated , both bay front and a tiki bar for that cold drink! There is also a workout room on the second floor. All the amenities of a 5 Star Resort in this brand new unit.
Take advantage of our special arrangement with a nearby cafe' and enjoy delicious sandwiches, salads and burgers delivered right to your door (or the pool)-- they will even deliver COLD beer! Pay with your charge card when your order, or cash upon delivery.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. The unit is exactly as described but the pictures do not do justice. The property is well maintained, everything is beautiful. The owner and her assistant are very helpful. We did have to call because there was an issue with the heater during our stay. They were able to get someone on site that same day and things were back up and running that evening. I would definitely recommend this unit to family and/or friends. We did love being so close to Pier Park. Gulf World is a bit of a ripoff but to each his own. Our grandchildren loved going to the top floor and watching the helicopter take off and land.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved staying in your unit. It was perfect for our two families. We loved the floor plans as well as the decor. We did have to move some of the breakable a little higher as we have small children but it was a perfect week. We loved being able to walk to Pier Park. This is an ideal location. Thank you and we hope to see you next year!
