  The apartment was exactly as it was described. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there!! The owner was very easy to work with and delivered on everything he promised. We would gladly stay there again and again! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

  I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It was perfect for us, and Craig and Eric could not have been nicer or more helpful. I love Chelsea and I don’t think I would want to stay in any other part of Manhattan. My sister could not stop talking about what a great job I did in finding this place ; ). She insisted on sleeping on the sofa, however I can attest to the comfort of the bed, especially with my very serious back issues, and it was a very welcome place to rest my screaming spine after walking all day, especially since I didn't have to share that most comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom and fantastic t.v., if you have time to watch it and very clean as well. We were beyond pleased with this apartment, and the private terrace was the cherry. We did not get the opportunity to check out the roof terrace but I’m sure it must be a wonderful place for gatherings during the summer months. Thank you so much Eric and Craig, and I apologize for taking so long to post this reveiw. I promise it was not because I had to think about whether or not we liked the place because there was no question about that from the second we walked in the door.

  Perfect! My 12 year daughter and I just returned from a 4-day trip to NYC and had the great fortune of staying in this lovely apartment. Located in Chelsea, in a friendly and safe neighborhood, the apartment is literally mere blocks from just about everything. We took the subway to the Battery, walked to the Brooklyn Bridge, through Chinatown, Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy and Greenwich Village before heading back to the apartment for a break. Headed out, again on foot, to the Empire State Building and Madison Square Gardens on our way to Times Square. Returned later that evening via the subway which is only 2 blocks away. Shopping on 5th Ave. is 1.5 blocks away, and for convenience and practicality, Trader Joe's is on the corner and Duane Reade is 2 blocks away. Traveling with just my daughter, it was important and appreciated that the building has a 24-hour lobby attendant. The apartment itself was everything I had hoped it would be from the online photos and descriptions. It is clean, cool, comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Though we enjoyed eating out most meals, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, snacks and leftovers that we brought back and heated in the microwave. The bed is simply amazing as is the large HDTV with premium channels. My personal favorite is the terrace! The weather was unseasonably warm last week and I took full advantage of the terrace after returning from hours of daily sightseeing and activity. Communication with the owners was a pleasure. They provided incredible service during the 'booking' process, prior to arrival and checked with us shortly after we settled in to make sure we were happy and/or if there was anything we needed. Prior to arrival they provided a comprehensive list of information -- apartment and building details, where to find certain stores, even information on the many food delivery providers in the area. Not only would I not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, I already have. I can't imagine staying in a hotel ever again, not when similar rates provide such a fantastic home-away-from-home.

  Our son attends NYU so my husband and I have stayed in many apartments over the years. This apartment ranks as one of our favorites. It's clean and well appointed and is in a great location. The owners were great to deal with as well. We loved the outdoor terrace--it was like having an extra room in the apartment. This is a great find--you'll love it!

  We stayed here for a week in December and had a fantastic time at this apartment. The transaction went totally smooth and the the owner was quick to respond and very helpful. We loved the apartment and its location. Its very roomy with nice furnishings, and the deck is awesome. We were close to everything and there's a Trader Joe's on the same block for your shopping needs. Overall it was a great trip and I'd highly recommend this apartment if you need a place to stay in the area.

  Very lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from some great destinations such as the Chelsea Market, Union Square, galleries, restaurants. Very nice building with a doorman and nice outdoor space. Surprizingly large, too. The bed is extremely comfortable. We will stay here again.

  My wife and I spent a marvelous Thanksgiving weekend in this quiet, comofortable, and inviting place. The terrace is outstanding, the location is very convenient, and the neighorhood is very nice, still with plenty of mom-and-pop eateries. This place is perfect for a mature couple who wants to both be on the town as well as spend time relaxing at a nice place.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This was a perfect place for us in NYC. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Exactly as described and even better.Everything that you could want is in the apartment and it is a block to the subway, every sort of eating you could want as well as a brilliant grocery store. As it is high in the block there is very little street noise and plenty of light. The 24 hour doorman is great. It is perfectly well maintained and spotlessly clean - and a very comfortable bed. Having the terrace is something we did not expect to get in New York so that was a special treat. Eric and Craig are friendly and helpful if you need to call them. We had a minor problem of pressing the wrong buttons on the TV remote control and they sorted it out in a minute. Staying in this apartment made our New York holiday even better than we expected.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

  This is the second time I rented an appartment in NYC and this one topped the one I rented in January 2009. I can only say this location is perfect. All what you can see on the pictures is what you get ! I had the pleasure to grill with some friends on the terrace, each morning I had my breakfast on the terrace. Metro and grocery stores are around the corner. I will definitely recommend this apartment if somebody ask me for it. If you want to feel yourself liek a part of the city. Do not hesitate... BOOK IT !
