couldn't be a better location for all activities in palm springs. condo modern and impeccably clean. walking distance to north p.s., yet nice and quiet at condo. you won't find a nicer couple than susan and david to deal with. "we'll be back". pools are larger than you would expect, and well maintained.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We found this Condo to be consistent with the vrbo advertisement...very clean, well decorated and uncluttered. The location near downtown is great, and the location of the condo within the complex allows for an unobstructed view of the beautiful, breath-taking mountains. The grounds are well manicured at all times. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat...it was perfect for our needs. We found Susan very professional and great to deal with. Many thanks! We spent Thanksgiving here- and it was a great, relaxing get away. The condo is located in a quiet residental area, so you don't get noisy street traffic or the sounds of other guests; we coudl even hear birds in the morning! Just a short drive, or a 10 minute walk, and you can be in the center of town, where all of the action is. The condo isn't elegant- if it is luxury you want, you will need to look elsewhere. It is, however clean, well kept, up to date and makes for a great retreat for a couple looking for time away. Susan was easy to work with and answered my questions in a timely manner. I woudl recommend this condo!

We enjoyed the location and walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, and also walking distance to Grocery store and Starbucks. This is a very well run and clean complex. Used the pool everyday!! Great movie theater close by too. Jackie and Alan

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very nice, clean and tastefully furnished with a very comfy bed. The views from the deck are amazing and the location is an easy walk to downtown. My only suggestion for the owner is to furnish some additional kitchen equipment. I love to cook and there were some essentials missing. (mixing bowls, measuring cups, cheese grater....) Overall a FABULOUS experience. :-)

Really great condo! Well equipped, modern, close to downtown and excellent facilities. The owners are super people to deal with and everything truly is exactly as it looks in the pictures. I really hated to leave and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Great unit, clean, updated. The complex is in a very quiet location with 2 pools and tennis courts. Would definitly stay here again. Only downside was no phone.

I immediately felt right at home in your cozy condo. I absolutely loved the decor, the bed, the TV's, the location and the pool and spa. It was so quiet that I felt as if I had the entire complex to myself. I felt very safe and will return in less than 4 weeks for another stay. I will recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit Palm Springs! Thank you Susan!

Your condo is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a great time visiting all the lovely spots here - the tram, shopping, downtown - even drove to Temecula for wine tasting over the "pines to palms" highway. Thanks for the use of the lovely condo getaway!

OUr trip started out with some of the deserts worst rain and wind. Coming into this lovely condo with all the creature comforts one could imagine made our vacation FANTASTIC! Great job on the decor!
