Located in The Dunes of Naples, one of Florida's most desirable vacation communities. This condo is on the seventh floor of the Grand Phoenician Tower at The Dunes. It is a large three bedroom, three bath condo with a breathtaking views of The Gulf of Mexico, nearby golf course, Turkey Bay and Naples itself.
When entering the condo one is impressed by the private elevator and entry leading to a large dining room and a large living/great room. The unit is large! It has 2798 sq ft under air plus a large screened lanai. It has Saturnia marble floors and plush carpeting throughout. The condo has a large master bedroom with an adjoining massive marble master bathroom with an attached 12ft by 18ft dressing room. Additionally there is an en suite queen bedroom with bath and a third bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen has granite countertops, gas cooktop with overhead food warmer, electric twin ovens, microwave, dishwasher, a very large freezer/refrigerator, wine cooler and maple cabinets. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and a rear exit door. There is every conceivable convenience available.
You will have the use of two pools, a private beach club, gourmet restaurant, five tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, two fitness facility, spas, outside BBQs, poolside tiki bar, terraces and outstanding tropical landscaping. The Dunes is a wonderful place to vacation.
With an extremely well appointed private restaurant and its own private beach club directly on the Gulf of Mexico, living is plush at The Dunes. There is a complete fitness facility with trainers, and an additional workout facility at the Grand Phoenician and at the other Dunes facility. It is only a five minute walk to the beach or you can use the free shuttle bus from the condo if you choose.
The Grand Phoenician and the Dunes are truly great places to vacation.
